Travelodge Maidstone Central

The room was smaller than expected! We had no choice but to always go downstairs to the reception to request for services needed. The room had less pillows and couldn’t get comfortable,the didn’t allow food to be taken inside neither to warm it up with the microwave when cold. Worst of all we had to pay for wifi separately from the cost of the room for two nights!that was annoying and uncalled for. I hope they do better.

Perfect place to stay. Really loved a lot.

Staff was very happy and helpful, you leave a sign on your door for 11am if you need beds changed clean towels or extra tea bags etc. Was very happy with my stay, and will stay again

Our stay was a night mare from start to finish. there were six family members staying and I left a day early due to the quality of my stay. where do I start. Our evening meals came out one at a time with the waiter going back for the cutlery for all of them. I had to wait well after my family had finished to get my meal (after complaining). The room was clean, however only one towel for two people. The bathroom floor filled with water from the shower. The bed and pillows were hard and a lot of noise from outside most of the night. When I went for breakfast there was not much left and had to wait for more to be cooked. The staff were very friendly but appeared to not have a glue. I don,t normally do reviews but thought people need to be warned. don't do it.

Room was clean and fresh, perfect for a quick stop in. There is parking which is ideal but it is a small carpark so different times of the day can be hard to park.

I’ve stayed here twice on business and both stays have been spot on. All the staff have gone above and beyond to help it, being both friendly and responsive to requests. The rooms were clean and quiet. Just bear in mind that the main parking is just down the road. Saying that my car has been completely safe both times. Really impressed and thank you to all the staff.

A comfortable room with an excellet shower. A warm welcome at recepton and the staff are helpful and have good local knowledge. I was pleasnatly surprised by the quality of the food - basic but well cooked and tasty, especially the chicken tikka masala. The hotel is well placed for the stations and the town centre. Good value for money and we will stay there again.
