Mercure Maidstone Great Danes Hotel

Service was great. Breakfast was good. Room was nice and clean

Good location for Leeds Castle. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast had plenty of options. Unfortunately this hotel is quite dated, with no A/C in the room which was hot and stuffy. The desk in the room was also too small to get work done comfortably. Not great value considering the price.

This is a great hotel, the staff are excellent, Iveta on reception gave us a very warm welcome. The rooms were clean had everything we needed and very quiet. Had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent and catered for everyone and a great choice of food. Would recommend staying here, we will be back.

I stayed here to make use of the spa which was good. Looks a little tired for the outside, and your standard Mercier look inside. I stayed in a standard double which was a descent size but had a rather large gap under the room door and you could hear plenty from the hall way and snoring from other rooms in my vicinity. Especially other doors being slammed on the same floor.

I booked in fairly late (8pm). Iveta was very welcoming and answered all my queries and was supremely professional throughout. She sorted out a takeaway breakfast as myself and my colleague were leaving before breakfast began. Iveta is a breath of fresh air and a credit to the hotel. Amazing service.

Lauren was really friendly and helpful in the bar area this evening. Able to answer our questions about food and drinks and her service was great We have stayed int he hotel a couple of evenings so far and the other bar staff have also been attentive.

I started my stay at the Hotel 27th May and was here for 4 weeks Mon-Thurs,from the moment that I checked into the Hotel I was greeted with a smile and a friendly approach. I was allocated a lovely room which was very spacious and had all of the facilities in it,I was also given a tour of the facilities restauarant,fitness area and the lovely garden area to a relax or walk after the day had finished.The reception staff could not be more accommodating for me, I asked for the same room for the duration of my stay and this was facilitated without any problems.Vella on reception was very helpful when there was an issue with my parking along with Steve and Poppy and Zoe.I thank you for this.Throughout my stay the food was very reasonably priced and of a high standard and the restaurant staff also accomodated dietry needs.I am grateful for the service and the extra mile they went to make my stay away from my nhome for the 4 weeks fabulous and would highly recommend this to all if in this area,my work colleagues have now also booked here for the foreseable future due to my experience.Thankyou all again guys.
