前台*****什麼東西都不會操作當什麼前台一真讓人等就這個態度去掃大街去吧臭**東西用了物品扣錢就行了大聲在哪兒問啥來這個酒店來了十幾次了第一次遇到這個**再也不來這個地方了

設施：陳舊，窗簾都掉下半截子沒人管
衞生：細節處根本不能看
環境：周圍環境也一般，門口停車位很小，也沒有早餐
服務：問服務員多要兩瓶水，跟我在那叮噹老半天不給，後面勉勉強強給了，住宿還要按金，煩
