Very nice hotel, convenient and close to the beach, but the swimming pool not large enough

Location is perfect..the St.James station is about 5 min walk only..shops are all around the hotel. The breakfast spread was good but one thing they should improve is they should have more Halal options available.

Nice hotel and best view

Excellent service, food. The pool was great, too. Excellent breakfast buffet. The seafood buffet was overpriced compared to the food options they had, but otherwise a very comfortable and happy stay in the hotel.

Poor, broken, slept allergic for a night, air conditioning does not work, will not stay again.

The hotel has direct access to the beach, it is clean and sparsely populated. The public swimming pool has a holiday feel, but the facilities are indeed a bit old. The seafood buffet dinner tastes good, but the price/performance ratio is not very high

The floor height is very low and the hotel is very old. I don’t understand that the villa shown above is actually a junior suite. The sunset swimming pool is closed and very small. It’s just so-so.

The room facilities are average, but the advantage is that there is a private beach, the swimming pool is also good, and the breakfast is more Western-style. There is a small shopping mall across the linking bridge where you can go shopping. There is a delicious shop nearby. You can also take a hop-off boat to Sea World at the pier and enjoy the scenery along the way. It is great

Hygiene: Too bad. There are hairs in the bathtub, ash on the sink, and a thick layer of dust mites accumulated on the air outlet of the bathroom (see picture 3). I think the hygiene aspect needs to be improved. Environment: There's really nothing to say about it. It has a unique location. There is a beach behind the hotel, and you can enter and exit by swiping your room card. Moreover, the swimming pool and decoration inside the hotel are also great and very eye-catching. Service: The service is also very good, whether it is the doorman, front desk, or cleaning, they are all friendly. And the breakfast is also very good, with many varieties and good quality. I will choose this hotel next time I go to gold coast. I just hope the bathroom can be improved.

The environment and location are excellent, the service, hygiene and facilities are beyond reproach! The musty smell is suffocating, and what is even more infuriating is that people smoke on the balcony (there is no sign or staff to remind them to "No smoking"). 300 Australian dollars was directly deducted from the prepaid deposit 1 hour after check-out. I called to inquire and the reason was that the waiter cleaned the carpet in the room and there was a smell of smoke, which needed to be cleaned. I protested and said that there was this smell as soon as I entered the room, but no one paid any attention to it. It's a huge pit!!!
