Used to be called Versace hotel but changed now. Service was good and the room was spacious. Breakfast buffet was good too!

Nice little getaway to Main Beach. My son loves the lagoon pool. We'll be back!

Very out dated rooms and amenities. No shower gel or hand wash in the room. And charged extra for 30mins late checkout. Never seen this in any 5 star hotel around the world. It should be a 3 star hotel not a 5 star hotel.

Arrived late ( like 10pm), there was no one at the reception, the whole lobby was empty, I couldn’t get any help but yell out loud “ is anyone home?”, someone came out from the back after I yelled at least 30 sec, both receptionist and security guard, not good enough.

I think the hotel has maintained the upmarket image despite the change from PV imagery.

It was like “wow ” effect from the first moment I walked in the door.  I like the decorations. Everything from check-in to room entry and breakfast is rated 5 stars. Highly recommended.

Goods - great brand and adds a value to your instagram followers, great pool and friendly staff
Excellent: the food either it’s brekkie or restaurant, one of the best food I had. A must
Bad: rooms , bathroom are moldy and have very less lighting (could be Versace thing but Dubai one is different )

Wonderful bouji hotel with wonderful staff, but a bit tired with a lot of repairs needed. Breakfast was incredible and poolside lunch great value. Room was tired but beds comfy and great view. Indoor pool and sauna advertised has been closed for two years! And the outdoor pool is unheated due to a faulty pool heater again no plan to fix , it is easy to see why Versace is terminating the contract and removing branding .
The outdoor pool with sand beach is a nice touch for families with kids
Top tip visit the peters fish bar next door for a fab fresh fish and chip dinner , Shopping centre beside is also nice,

It's the best hotel on the Gold Coast. The staff are friendly and all the services are comfortable. The facilities are clean and beautiful.

It was a great experience. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and eager to help. The pools are beautiful.

Nice Hotel. Great pool for the kids. Breakfast was also nice. Seems to be a hotspot for instagram girls and influencers who have in lenghty selfie sessions all over the place. Funny people to behold:) We liked it!
