We love!! We always repeat, we have been going for many years!

The bathroom when we arrived was full of hair everywhere.

Magnificent stay

Horrible experience. We booked a room and were given a completely different one. We asked to change it, they said they would change it the other day and that didn't happen. Lousy bed. Lousy service. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Spacious and clean rooms. Pleasent treatment. We will repeat.

Quiet hotel in a green environment, surrounded by housing estates.

It was quite clean and well located. The pool is great and very clean.

Property seemed worn. In a residential area, far from amenities. Parking garage was dark and scary. Public transportation was limited. Neighbouring room guests were very loud, for both nights we stayed. Room was large. Bathroom was large, however we could not regulate the water temperature for a shower.

Luz at the check in counter of the Hospeduim at Simon Verde was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and very nice person.

We only spent the night everything and everything was very good the only thing was the regular cleaning

In my opinion the quality-price is not the best. The rooms are quite old and would have to change doors, mattresses, lights... The price was not cheap and also the location was quite far away. It took us half an hour to check in, the service was very slow.

Regarding the terrible cleaning, the only thing they did was change the garbage bags, we expected a change of towels or sheets at least, but well, the stay in general has been good and the treatment from the guys at the reception was excellent.
