O Hotel é simples, mas bem arrumado e limpo, tem estacionamento. No quarto tem TV, frigobar, ar condicionado e ventilador. É uma excelente opção para quem vai passar o dia em São Roque, conhecer a Outlet Catarina e ir para descansar. O café da manhã é excelente! Tem bastante opção. Os funcionários são gentis e atenciosos. Gostei bastante.

The hotel is located a little away from the centre. I stayed in the suite, the room is large with a room and a small table for 2 people. The hotel's age is visible by decoration and furniture, although everything was working. The internet is good but very complicated to access (it has to register) since the password provided in the reception was not working. I asked for a lunch in the room, missed a snack, a snack, a potato salt, a ketchup, etc., only the lunch appeared on the dish and only. The parking is very confused, a guest parked in a way I couldn't get out, and has no control at the reception of who was the car owner. The morning coffee is good and complete. The bed, the dress and the bed clothes are excellent.

I don't recommend that hotel to anyone. I travelled 42 hours to arrive in Brazil because we live in Australia, so we chose to book a room that they consider the best category to try to have a night of rest and try to get back after so many hours of flight, But for our surprise, the 'best' room was super noisy because the windows have no closure, and for the staff, this is not a problem for them because it is an external issue that does not depend on them, So I asked you to exchange our room for the noise, they offered me another super quite room and we are super grateful for it, but they didn't let me know that the value of the day was lower than the value we had paid to us, or I paid X I received Y and the difference of value someone put in the pocket. I spoke to the reception Luana, Gilberto, Marcos, Edvan and (he says supervisor needs much to get to the level of a real supervisor) CIA and the only alternative they gave me was to return R$175, Then, if you want to apologize for the event, you will only say that it is an external problem that has nothing to do with them. As someone represents a brand, you don't care what customers/hosts think or feel. People who are completely unprepared, without training and without a pint of respect for the guests. I arrived not more then 8 hours to this S****T hotel.... 1) Personal don't uses masks 2) Room was not clean, neither supplied with the necessary things like (a simple shampoo) when room arrival 3) Hallways ARE DIRTY and looks totally forgot be cleaning personal 4) Personal are no friendly or welcoming, they serve as they were obligated to do it 5) Internal phone system doesn't function, tried to call reception since 1 hour after arrival till now 8h later and keeps saying is occupied (problably for the lousy service they have a lot of calls... from midnight to 6am) 6) Internet very very bad Four a 4 start hotel, NOVOTEL flag, this is the WORST hotel i have been in 20 years... DON'T COME HERE... EVER!!! Novotel should remove the flag of this building... it sucks!!!!
