Sheraton Orlando North Hotel Reviews

Nice clean hotel, location is in a business district with no open local restaurants within walking distance with the exception of an Applebee's a couple of blocks away. Other than that it was a nice quiet place and would recommend to others.

The facility was clean and well kept. The service was good. Thank you Trip.com for the discounted price.

The room is big and comfortable as usual of Sheraton hotel style.

When I checked in, I asked the front desk and said that there was no parking fee, but I was deducted a parking fee of 20 dollars. The air conditioner in the room was too noisy, and it was impossible to sleep because of the high speed. The facilities were also very old. I didn't sleep all night. I don't recommend it! I won't be going back either!

Lobby and public areas are lovely. Third floor carpeting in halls and room were disgusting with stains and dirty. Room was run down..

Quick check in and the service was amazing. Bed super comfortable. Our breakfast server was Nathan; he was so nice and attentive. The only thing the we didn't have was hand bar soap in our bathroom , but I always bring my own anyways. Location is great close by downtown orlando , theres a 7eleven clos eby and a applebees for late night CRAVINGS

I had a ward event so it was helpful to be at the same hotel as the event . I was in all a great stay for my event . But the breakfast buffet was charge , it’s not really an inconvenience. But I believe the ******* page said it was included. Maybe something to clarify in the future .

I believe for a Sheraton the floors could have been a little cleaner the elevators were somewhat dirty the floors in general could have been cleaner too many stains and dirt not to be picky but the staff never told me there was a $17-18 fee to park they just said if I have a car my key would give me access to the parking and I found out when I checked out also the guy at the counter never told me I needed to keep the key to get out the parking lot just small things but I don’t like hidden costs and I understand if it was a mistake but they should have told me when I checked in.. just my input hopefully this helps with your review process

The room was disgusting. The first room had gad stuff all over the bed sheet. They told me the room was just renovated. I felt i was being punked. This is the sheridan. So then they put me in a different room bed sheet with holes al over. The rest of the hotel look nice.

the parking entrance blocked the exit. upon arriving, the entrance is backwards too; everything was dirty

You have to pay for parking on their own lot there is no where elese to park and no busiinesses nearby that would use their parking I felt like i was nickel and dimed alot wont stay there again

Overall was a good stay only comment I have is the room had a slight wet smell at first

When come in or out the key wouldn’t work to let us out the gate. We had to pay to be let out. In advance we already had paid from the entire time we were staying.

The lighting in the room was too dim. As you open the door in the room, the light didn’t work, the room was a bit dark.
