Beautiful hotel with incredible service. Not on the beach but great shuttle service to the beach and delicious food. Stunning infinity pool

We were little apprehensive about how the resort will be as we checked in after staying 4 days at Grand Hyatt Goa. To our surprise it was a fantastic experience which will ensure we come back again in future. The best part of the hotel is the team and the proximity to one of the cleanest beaches Gonsua which is just 3 min shuttle (provide by hotel). The entire F&B team and support team at hotel is great. Even on a 100% booked day they extended by checkout time by 3 hours considering my flight was late evening. Rooms can be upgraded/refreshed. Resort activities for kids were nice. Buggy service to beach was very prompt and efficient. The food - especially breakfast is amazing and the way curate to serve needs of a 4 year old is really worth appreciating. For anything they would just say Yea and arrange. The rooms are spacious, staff is helpful, Spa is great, pool and other amenities are great and the south indian restaurant is really good! Overall a pleasant stay. I would say it's a great resort for families and a very good value for money. There are shuttles to go to the beach if that's your thing, but we had great fun within the resort.

We stayed at Diwa Club part of the main hotel. The whole resort is superb - well maintained, incredibly kind staff and a wonderful setting. Food - lots of variety, tasty and well presented. The Spice Studio absolutely a must try for Goan food. We had a fabulous stay and the beach is close by and really lovely.

They Gave us a room upgrade to suite! The suite room was really big and it was really worth it. The room was clean and views were good. Enjoyed the infinity pool as well. Breakfast was good as well. Staff were very helpful. Location is near to many good restaurants nearby.
