Wonderful service
The hotel is surrounded by greenery
Large swimming pool
Transfer to the sea without problems, and on foot 5 minutes
Of the minuses - some places need renovation

Property - 10/10 (Makes you come back) Rooms - 10/10 (Spacious and cozy) Spa - 5/10 (If you are used to high end Spa's don't go for it, you will be disappointed) Service - 5/10 (Not worthy for a 5 Star Property, Taj beats it hand's down in this aspect. Hyatt should take taj as a use case on how Guest experience should be purely from service perspective) Food - 9/10 (9/10 for breakfast, 8/10 for in room dining, 10/10 for Spice restaurant) Overall - 9/10 (Except for the service and spa rest of the things are superb, The property is a heaven and would make you come again and again. Come on Hyatt improve your staff training or hire better people)

Service is great , top notch and staff are very coopetative and supportive. Especially bhavesh, saundarya , soni.they looked after minute details and provided support wheneve reuired. Arranged bday cake during check in and check out. Reception check in lady ( i dont remembr name ) but she was always smiling and cooperative . Service at alila cannot be.compared . Its by far the best . For peaceful and comfortable stay will love staying at Alila always .thanks alila for good memories. Restautants spice and vivo food is best. Goan seafood thaali , was tasty and best Pool was temp controlled and nice . With best cocktails provided .

Pls do not visit to Alila Diwa Goa. Worst experience i ever had faced. Staff will misguide you. Reason i dont know why. It ruined my precious day of vacation. Bad memories were created.

This property is definitely breathtaking. The lovely room, surrounded by lush greenery, provided a serene escape. The hotel is exceptional, and the General Manager's presence truly enhances the stay. The food was enjoyable, and the spa experience was lovely. Being close to nature made it a special retreat for me. Thank you, team, for a memorable stay.

The hotel staff's behaviour, the ambience, the atmosphere, everything was very good. They provided very good accommodation. We had a lot of variety in breakfast too which was very good.
