Salcete Beach Resort

Excellent service!

When we arrived (me and my older teenage daughter and son) we were so disappointed… the hotel seemed hold, not clean, very small, not 4*. The room was small, especially considering we needed one extra bed. We stayed 6 nights and all these bad experiences we’re compensated by the way we were treated. From the reception staff (unfortunately I didn’t keep his name), to the bellboy Summit, to the restaurant staff especially during breakfast and at the egg corner, people would go out of their way to make our stay a better one. They even changed us for a bigger room without extra payment, as soon as they had one available. Although I don’t think it’s a 4* property, we enjoyed our stay here and felt very welcomed. The beach is a 5 min walk and the Colva Beach Village (with shops and restaurants) a 10-15min walk. Plenty of taxis if you don’t feel like walking.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation for one of your employees, who is known among guests as “Jimmy.” During our stay at the hotel, we had the opportunity to observe his work every day. We were genuinely impressed by his professionalism, dedication, and exceptional attitude toward both guests and the hotel itself. From early morning until late evening, Jimmy is constantly working to ensure that everything runs smoothly. He helps in many different areas — assisting guests, keeping the restaurant and café areas clean and organized, arranging beach chairs and towels, maintaining order on the beach, and always making sure visitors are comfortable. He appears to perform the responsibilities of several staff members at once. What stands out most is his honesty, responsibility, and sincere care for the hotel and its guests. He is always polite, respectful, attentive, and ready to help. His behavior creates a welcoming atmosphere and leaves a very positive impression on everyone staying at the resort. Seeing such dedication naturally raises the question of why such a capable and hardworking person is not in a managerial role. In our opinion, Jimmy demonstrates the qualities of leadership, reliability, and commitment that would make him an excellent candidate for a higher position, possibly even hotel management. We truly hope that his efforts and professionalism will be noticed and appreciated by the leadership of the resort. Everything was nice the hotel is nearby colva beach also I find best property for south Goa location .Sonu Patakh provide best service in fine dining place and food literally amazing .

Everything was perfect Sonu patakh given us the best Breakfast , Lunch , Dinner service as being Jain he provided me with lot of options for jain food and made especially for me Also the Food taste is very nice so anyone want to take package here like breakfast & Dinner highly recommend to take this. The atmosphere is completely positive it was first experience here but yes best ever experience in South Goa. The room in this hotel is decent clean and show as in pictures overall I loved this place & their hospitality I highly recommend this property for South Goa .The Pool side is very nice and well maintained pool.The location is close to Colva beach.
