Clean and service very good

Good location, the hotel is new, well-equipped and clean. The gym is small but it is good to be able to exercise and rest during the trip. There are many breakfast options, including famous local snacks. If you don't have time to go out or are worried about the hygiene outside, eating in the hotel is a good choice. The taste is pretty good. The small bowl in the middle is a local dish of Makassar, and the chicken soup and chicken porridge on the left and right are available in every place.

Long stay here as part of project in Makassar, amazing place to stay with clean and brand new facilities. Marble interior, and I really enjoyed the French press coffee setup!

Good food (nasi goreng, sandwich,milk share) great place for kids. Would recommend for family with kids. Also have a good meal option from Indonesian to western. Awesome service by Yessy and Ikram at the Pavillon. Definitely worth the money

Overall good, service very good. Room comfy. I stayed for 1 week for bussiness trip everytime i go to makassar. Staff on the restaurant very kind and helpful for the breakfast Shout out to Kak Sisil, Megan, Amel, Rosni, really appreciate for the services

Open buffet breakfast was unique in food variety and presentation. It was rich in tastes and variety. Fruits were fresh. I am impressed with the kindness, helpfulness and smiling face of staff during our stay. They were taking care of guest with a professional and lovely manner. Ms. Narzalina, Ms. Ahda, Ms. Dini, Ms. Yesi were all helpful for our stay and also all questions about our visit of the City Makassar. Rooms were well designed, very good sound isolation so was very quite at night. As we are designers, We enjoyed the good quality Design of service and spaces during our stay. One more time I realize that Hyatt management pay attention and investigate for the importance of design in human beings life. Thank you for serving people with a good design 🙏🏻 The only point that I can realize which is not good was the colour of towels. Even though they were clean, but not new, washed out and their colour are turned into off white. This is a minor point to mention. But all in this perfect service and our wonderful stay. I hope this point contributes to improve Hyatt Place’s good quality service.

Really nice to stay here. Rooms are nice, comfortable. Staff keep things really clean. Restaurant has an amazing breakfast buffet. Restaurant staff are terrific, especially Narizila and Meagan. All staff are very friendly and super professional.

It’s been a very pleasant experience to stay in this hotel during my 10 days work trip in Makassar. The room is clean and neat and everytime I get back to the room after work its just right the way I want. Food is delicious and served well by the staffs, including Ms. Sisil. On the top note, I also wanted to express my gratitude to one of its bartender staffs if im not mistaken, for offering and making me hot ginger drink when I felt a bit unwell yesterday. Thanks to it, I feel much better today.

Nice & great place, there's a employee name Riswan n Tegar with Ahda , they are soo nice that i can not forget them, mau sometimes i Will be back again for this hotel, and meet with them that employee, and i can enjoyfull for stay a few days in this hotel, Once again ,Hyatt hotel Makassar is great2 hotel 🙂👍

The location is incredibly strategic, making it easy to access key areas of the city like shopping center and local culinary. The hotel's interior is modern and chic, creating a stylish yet welcoming atmosphere from the moment i step in. The room I stayed in was both comfortable and impeccably clean, with a cozy sofa bed. The premium amenities truly elevated the stay— I loved the local fresh coffee provided in the room, and the premium toiletries were a luxurious touch that I appreciated. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious traditional food offered at the hotel’s restaurant.

The first time I visited one of the hotels in Makassar, namely Hyatt Place Makassar, I was amazed by the luxurious and modern interior, as well as the super complete rooms which made our holiday feel comfortable and the service was very friendly.
