Located strategically at sam ratulangi street. The staffs are not well trained, the reception doesn’t even know the meaning of TWIN BED that I had to argue with him? Showers are not properly functioning. Breakfast was quite ok… There’s always at least one miscommunication between me and the reception staff on every each day, such a draining experience to stay at this hotel especially when you’re on vacation.

Great hospitality, very friendly staffs, Ms. Dya in the reception was always very helpful. Pretty decent breakfast buffet. Overall a good place for business stays and also for leisure. Great location, close to the beach as well. Thank you.

Good Hotel with great staff. Mr Eddie & Miss Ika and the rest of the staff were most helpful. The rooms were clean & comfortable. Breakfast was included & had a good choice of foods. Location was good, with many eateries colse by and 500m walk to the nearest Mall. Will stay at Ibis styles again & highly recommend this hotel.

Thank you for the best service to us in every we made a reservation in here. Always happy with the compliment which give to us like a upgrade room, welcome cake, welcome fruit, snack in the room, until late check out up to 4pm. Especially thank you to Pak Wahidin as General Manager, Mas Edi/Mbak Dya/Mbak Ika as FO team, who always prepare well during my staycation with my wife. We will always back and choose this hotel for another staycation, business trip, and lunch/dinner maybe. Ibis Styles Makassar already same with my second home. I will always back in here again and again. The warm welcome, fast respon and hospitality always make me comfort and i will recommend to my friends to stay in here. my experience during the stay was quite bad because there was no soap in the bathroom, towels were not suitable for use, the shower button was broken, the blanket was stained It's a shame that an ibis class hotel has a room like this I was very disappointed with my first experience staying at this hotel 👎

Not too far from the beach, which wouldve been good. Just that I was too tired from late arrival, and being kept up most of the night with traffic and Mosque noise, so couldnt go there. I tried to make contact via ******* vhat to arrange.transport from airport. This didnt happen, no reply, even from four or five days out. Eeturn transport was areanged well though. Good breakfast service, plentiful and tasty. The scannable info in room said gym and pool were out of action. I find out at 0930, at reception that they are in operation, but only until 1000. So missed out. Would be nice to ipdate QR Scanned info.
