I am from room 505 stayed at 12,02,20 C/I, 13,02,2020 , I checked the room price via traveloka 150 rb, I ceck in with a deposit of 100 rb in general, when I entered the room, I checked the facilities that tada, When I turned the water shells to try, the sower head fell immediately so I put it in the sink, when the housekeeping reported the sower head was broken and I was charged 100 rb, here is unreasonable the price of the charger for 100 rb Although the room price is only 150 rb, and this approved by MOD has a manager, there is no staff who is incharge to take action on behalf of Tasya, it is not recommended poor.
