Our stay at Citadines Salcedo Makati was an excellent experience. The property offers a great balance of comfort, convenience, and modern design. Its location in Salcedo Village is ideal — peaceful yet close to many restaurants, cafés, and business areas in Makati.
The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out, however, was the warm hospitality of the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The pool and restaurant, were all well-maintained and added to the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, Citadines Salcedo Makati provided an exceptional experience for us, and we look forward to returning soon.

The room is spacious and clean with a nice view of Makati. But one thing missing is that there is no wifi connection on the TV, we couldn’t accesss Youtube or other apps.
The jacuzzi in the swimming pool was under maintenance
Besides that, we have a good time there.
We really enjoyed our staycation ☺️

The breakfast was disappointing. Since the restaurant was under renovation, the food appeared to be sourced from outside and did not meet expectations.
The fruits served were spoiled and inedible, and the fish was not fresh at all

Had a great stay at this place just like my experience at other Ascott hotels. I thought the room would have a regular sized fridge (as with the room I got in my previous stay) but it had a tiny one. Overall, still a good experience and great value for money. Free breakfast is a nice touch, too.

Citadines Salcedo has improved since my last visit 12 months ago.Check in staff, bkfast restaurant and housekeeping smartened up their service levels with rooms cleaner than before albeit with a refurb programme underway

The best thing about my stay was the accommodating and hospitable staff. I had a great experience throughout my stay. Loved the room as well: clean, spacious, and has a dedicated work desk. It is close to my favorite restaurants in Makati. 😊
