The staff was welcoming and helping from the start. Very sweet people! The room was spacey and had a luxurious touch every guest of mine as well as me had a chance to experience.
The cleaning service I had a bit of an odd experience with. They could just take away towels during service and not bother to return them back, same for dirty dishes. Had to dial reception to get the amenities back.
Pool was great! Especially during the sunshine. It is spacious, clean and seemed as overall fresh.
Deposit during check in is quite price.

Overall the accommodation is acceptable. However, power sockets are quite limited for charging devices, and trash bins are seldom seen around the room, which brings some inconvenience to daily use.

Excellent hotel. Everything was great, except for the coffee. But that's a problem all over Asia.

The rooms were spotless, the service was warm and attentive, and the location was convenient. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it! This hotel provided an excellent experience. The rooms were impeccably clean, the beds were soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was very effective. The staff were friendly and check-in was quick. The location is super convenient with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making it easy to get around. It's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit.
