this hotel was 0.6km from haram. Literally at our door step. Its entrance to the new part of the masjid which is soo good. Its rooms are spacious and they are child friendly. I got a travel cot provided for free. If I return I will 100% look at this hotel first.

The hotel is a good one clean affordable, but they don’t have a restaurant and you have to go near Haram to get food. Also the hotel in high mountain. There are golf cars, but you will have to wait for them and you have to request a car sometimes.

It is my first time to have a short stay in this hotel. It was a very good experience from the start of my journey at the reception desk with Mr. “saif” and his warm welcome and continuous smile, through the wide, clean room with its new furniture and many facilities, the good service of the house keeper “Samy”, passing by the most decent, supportive, and helpful restaurant manager; Mr. “Taher”; and his professional team, and ending at the reception desk again with the warm “see you again” from Mr. Abd AlRahman. From my point of view, except for the fact that the hotel is far from “Haram”, it is one of the best hotels in Makkah.

If you looking for 4 star budget hotel then don’t look anywhere. This is the best you can get. They have a free shuttle bus service which runs every half an hour. It drops you at Marwa Gate. You got walk for 10 till 15 mins in order to reach at Haram. The pick you up from the same place. I didn’t have any issue for shuttle bus service. The shuttle service was good enough. The only down fall is the walking towards the haram. I had my son with me and he struggle to walk for each time. The food for hotel is worse. I did not like it at all. I had the breakfast buffet and paid 100 riyals. It was a worse food experience. The choice of breakfast was very limited. Overall it’s good budget hotel. I guess you to compromise somewhere.

We stayed at the hotel for 12 amazing days. The staffs were very welcoming and always attentive to our needs. The receptionists are always here to help with any of your issues. Be it laundry, housekeeping, payment, anything. Aadil from housekeeping did great cleaning jobs throughout our stay. Regular free shuttle to Masjid Al Haram really enhances your visit for swalat or even shopping etc. Note that you can wash your clothes and sun dry it on the roof. Bring your own cords. A big THANK YOU to the management. Really helped! Food snacks and drinks is now available from room service Note: register yourself on Accor App to benefit from discount on your hotel stay payments. I think 5%. Thank you Ibis Styles team for making our first Umrah memorable.

Good stay in Makkah whilst we visited as a family. Close to Hajj ziyārah sites and only 5 minute drive to Masjid al Haram (when it’s quiet. Reasonably clean though I wasn’t convinced by the IHG cleanliness assurance during these sensitive times. We went for the 2 interconnecting rooms but the hotel had lost the key to the interconnecting door!! It took all night and into dawn before we were relocated into another room with a door that allowed access to each others room... quite important when you have 3 children. Until then, all 5 of us slept in one room for the first night of the 2 nights booked!! Our new room had issues with the door lock sensor.... so a maintenance problem all round. Once the issues were sorted however, everything else was smooth. Decent enough breakfast for European and Arab tastes. Spacious rooms, well decorated. One thing to note... reception staff are excellent - polite, well mannered and want to get things sorted for you. It’s just unfortunate the maintenance staff struggle. I’d recommend on the basis the maintenance issues were a one off issue.

But for the price its understandable. For Breakfast they dont have enough manning. The hotel guests behaving like ********. Stealing foods, breads etc, and fooda and drinks spill everywhere. Not nice atmostphere there. But the food are nice and tasty.

We booked with al hidaya towers. The location was far but good shuttle service compensated for it as it was round the clock. Room service and cleaning services were remarkable. Rooms were clean and neat. Daily housekeeping services were provided. Hotel staff including reception staff and Mr Waseem and Mr Aziz were very good and professional. Overall the stay was good. I will highly recommend it to others and will come to stay again. It was good experience.

Located about 10 minutes ride from AlHaram. Offering hourly shuttle bus to and from AlHaram. Reception staff are very welcoming. The hotel is very clean and modern. Furniture is new. The room is average sized but OK. Washroom is too small. Nothing to complain about. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely put it a top choice for my future stays in Makkah.

GGuest UserTwo nights stay was just great; attentive but not intrusive staff made the difference. Miss Nehal and her colleagues at the reception, management and restaurants are among the best Marriot brands staff I have ever seen. Arrived too early for the usual check in but was treated in the best way with minimum waiting and an upgrade. The location near the HARAM is just great and the view from the 21st floor restaurant is awesome Wide variety of delicious food at breakfast and dinner time with highly courteous staff and good looking smiling faces every where . Some facelift is needed in the rooms though Thank you all Dr A Hawwari Titanium member

GGuest UserI've been meaning to write this review a long time ago. My apologies for not doing it sooner. My family and I were most impressed with this hotel. The suite we booked was spacious and luxurious with an amazing view of the mountains, the Haram and the Clock tower. With ceiling to floor windows and a panoramic view of Makkah, we couldn't have asked for more. The staff at the hotel were most friendly, helpful and extremely professional. Ms Sarah Alamri was just a pleasure to meet. She made our trip and stay so much more easier and convenient by accommodating our kids for futoor. The Futoor at the restaurant was pure indulgence. The buffet spread was probably one of the better ones I've experienced with a vast array of delicious meals. The restaurant staff were helpful and friendly too. Hats off to Mr Wasim Akram who really had everything running smoothly. The hotel as a whole was ambient and impressive. Absolutely loved the Bukhoor and exquisite fragrances at the entrances and the towers of fresh dates and kahwa. Lounge access was a lovely treat. Thank you to Ms Reem Alamri who was the perfect hostess. The hotel was very convenient and the tunnel access is perfect for entrance into the new section of the Haram. It does require some walking but we enjoyed that too. Overall, an absolutely wonderful experience with my family.

NNabeelIt’s a very nice hotel. Walking distance to gate 79 (10 minutes) which leads directly to the Kaaba.
There’s two towers, 1 & 2, both have a great breakfast.
There’s two restaurants in tower 2. There’s a cafe which can make birthday cake if you so wish.
There’s a nice prayer room inside the hotel.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

1 it is the 1st time for me sine many years to book without breakfast because the breakfast in the last time wasno so good like past times athough accepted and in general good
2.is the most important through over 11 years in makka hotels is the 1st time fo me to dicovet that the basin of water in the bathroom is completely plugged and i failed to relieve it and i discvover it late after 1 am bcause i checked in in at 7 pm and goto sleep untilmy wife and children came ahter midnight fron Alharam and was difficult for me tocall for repair at this late time and my family in the roon i tried next day to tell them because i love this hotel but the female employee didnot ask me as usual abouf any complain ...
I would like also to mention to 2 positive points
1.the man employee in check in was very helpful and rapid
2.the park for cars was my 1st experience because outside the hospitali is very crowded now and although not so wide and croweded also i succed to find a place for my car and itwas a goofd experience
In general it osgood hotel esp.for price...and has a small bus every hour for alharam and wide clean rooms and deserve to be repeated

GGuest UserThe hotel is excellent. I remind you that it is a 3 star and that it is 6 - 8 minutes from the Haram. We can be there in 5!! So at this price, it's excellent.
The staff is very pleasant. I would like to thank a gentleman whose name I have forgotten (sorry!!) and above all a very professional and very pleasant lady who made the reception very pleasant. So a big thank you to Madame Hala (and thank you for the cup you gave my mother as a souvenir. May God protect you all!
There is a mini market attached to the hotel.
The street is very commercial. It's very nice.

GGuest UserThis was a good hotel, generally clean with good facilities. It is around 1km from the Haram (Kaaba). There is a free bus shuttle service which runs every 10-15 minutes to & from the Haram, which drops around 600m from the Haram. Be sure to leave early from the Hotel to reach for the prayers on time. The room was clean as well as the toilet. Hotel staff was generally friendly. There are two restaurants on levels R & H, as well as prayer room at floor PR if someone needs it.

GGuest UserFirstly let me note that this is NOT a 5 star establishment. Not by far. I would give it 2 stars as it does not even comply for a 3 star grading. The staff are not accommodating at all. No check in routine was provided. The building itself is out dated. The furniture and finishings are all in poor condition. The towels leave your health feeling compromised. As do the bathrooms, carpets and curtains. The smell in the lobby, passages and rooms are all questionable. The bathrooms are filthy with muck gathered in basically every groove and corner. Our toilet got blocked. When the maintenance guy came to unblock it he was upset that we flushed the toilet paper and said we shouldn't do that because the pipes are narrow. We should wipe and throw the toilet paper into a plastic bag!! What the ??? He then proceeded to unblock the toilet and dragged the plunger across the room, dripping the poop water across the floor and didn't bother to clean up after himself. Our kids bathroom had no hot water. On the second night their toilet also got blocked. Rust in the kettles. The mugs look like they never get washed, just a quick rinse under the tap. The base covers of the beds are broken. There's cello tape covering the smoke alarms. I mean the list goes on. The cherry on top is that the service of the staff is utterly poor. And there's no room servicing while you're out. When trying to speak to one of the cleaners about this his response was... ”Arabic”. Which we responded to saying ”No Arabic... English”. Then he retorted ”No English, only Arabic... Same thing” I have never experienced such poor service ever. Please do not waste your money booking this horrid place. The images advertised are highly deceiving. Needless to say we booked another hotel fast and left on the second day!
