the absolute worst hotel one could stay in. the absolute worst. rude staff at the reception, the rooms stink, the windows were jammed and dirty, the bathrooms not fully functional, no clean towels, no clean sheets, so much more wrong with it that i want to address but can’t because of time constraint. please do not stay here if you want to have even a semblance of peace on your trip.

In fact, it was a very bad experience. The rooms are dirty and do not match the photos posted. The food smells bad, is not fresh, and is not available in the necessary quantity. The sheets are torn and smell musty. It was the worst experience in my life.

Lifts are very poor and mostly there is long que in front of lifts in lobby, when lift become open, people run towards lift door like there is something special, most of the time after nimaz this scene happens.and sometimes these turns off immediately.

The hotel is the worst in terms of services. The receptionist is arrogant and unhelpful. You ask him, he does not answer. I have a problem. He does not even bother to help you. I do not recommend him at all. Other workers are acceptable and nice. The rooms are rather good, and there is a problem with the elevators being overcrowded all the time.
