As soon as you pass the extremely slow checkin process with the unprofessional rude attitude of the reception guy, everything else is fabulous; the location, the room, the view, the amenities, the food, the cleanliness, ..etc.

Very clean hotel and nice view

Choosen for location close to haram, surprised with poor condition of the hotel. Photo on website for booking from the opening day of the hotel not up to date, furniture old worn out with dirty carpet poor ventilation dusty smell in the room , poor service, poor customer relations despite my complaint, I book premier room but i think i got below standard roon. Concierge needs to be more helpful to the guests requiring wheelchair assistance. Reception staff needs to further increase their speed of Check-in. Thanks to Mr.Abdullah (Property Manager) for arranging Wheelchair assistance for my mother.
