The service is excellent, friendly and helpful staff that serve customers willingly. The onsen is nice and the facilities are well-maintained. Nice Scenery from my room.

It was very clean and nice. The bathhouse is included, so it might get crowded depending on the time. I was glad I was there on the day I finished my period, but the room I stayed in didn't have an indoor bath, so if you're worried about getting it on, be careful! I liked that there were several types of shampoo to choose from!

The view was spectacular. The night view was also very beautiful. Everything at breakfast was delicious, especially the cod roe! I ended up having seconds of rice.

It was a little old, but the facilities were good and the hot springs were really nice. However, I don't think it's suitable for people who want fast Wi-Fi.

It's easy to get to by public transportation and the mall's hot springs are great. The breakfast buffet was also really delicious. It was convenient because there was a staff member who could speak Korean.

I didn't notice that I booked a smoking room, so the smell of cigarettes was still a bit strong, but the two meals included were very good, especially the buffet dinner, which was definitely rich in Japan and was also quite friendly to children. The hot springs were also very good and worth staying in.

The facilities are a bit old. The problem is especially serious with elevators.

I was able to relax in a clean Japanese-style room. It was interesting that the hot spring has three different temperatures♨️ The view from the observation bath was great both in the morning and in the evening. I thought the service of being able to choose from four types of shampoo and conditioner was great.

フロント横にあるシャンプーバーや子供向けのイベントなど家族みんなが楽しめるホテルでした。 唯一、規模の割にエレベーターが少なく待ちが長いのが難点。 それ以外はぜひおすすめしたいホテルです。

臨急訂房，沒太多選擇。 4人房，真的第一次住了一沒有浴室的酒店，不知是不是我訂的房間註明沒有浴室，只是我訂的急沒留意。 設施方面，真的很舊，房間一陣味，說不出是甚麼味道了。 反正只住一晚。

是間有年代感的飯店，但服務周到，空間寬敞，適合全家居住，溫泉池很多樣，餐點便宜又好吃。有機會願意再次造訪。

A good onsen hotel. The hardware is a bit aged but that’s the beauty of it, authentic tatami bedding, fluffy duvet, japnese buffet, onsen, slept like a baby! What a rejuvenating night! The next day we woke early at 5am for another onsen session, had breakfast and a long stroll at the park right across the hotel. Very very nice!
