Earlier stay had problem with our room with short circuit. We had to changed room at 2am from family room to two single rooms. No desk in the room. All items on the floor. The only thing is good are the staff. They act quick, and the staff was very helpful.

The hotel is old hotel, not the one in the pictures. The new hotel close down after Covid. Lack of facilities, no lobby, no room phone, no table, no chair, tv not working etc.

The room space is small, dirt on the floor, wall, cabinet and even on the bed. Is all dirty and mouldy. Have asked the counter PIC whether the room has done cleaning and the answer is yes. It is too unbelievable.😵

Having Small roaches. 1.5.00pm still cannot get the towel only provided 2/4pcs.(Excuses was still in laundry) 2.No water dispenser (Main lobby and by level) 3.No water about 4hours. 4.No jug (Excuses was in washing process) 5.No main Mirror for personal using (Only use in washroom)

Friendly staff. Decent room. Very basic, matches the price point. Affordable.

Very bad and can’t sleep noise water pump

Sun Inns Hotel have number of chains in Malaysia, I'd been stayed several of their branches, i noticed that the cleanliness and maintenances always the weaknesses.

Good location Near to the city Recommended Will rebook for next visit

Price is cheap and location is OK. There is no life is only 2 storeys high.

bad service, unhelpful staff, atleast should have kettle lah. iron cuma ada satu di setiap tingkat then suddenly iron hilang tak tahu siapa yg rembat bwk masuk bilik, bila nak tanya kaunter dan2 staff takde asyik lah menghilang so kena tekan loceng bnyk kali baru muncul pastu bila tanya ckp iron tu ada satu. dahtu takkan takde spare lain kot? nak suruh customer yg p ketuk setiap bilik tanya iron sape rembat ke? dahlah call nak tanya hotel dekat mana tak angkat langsung. i think, better this hotel find another worker jelah sbb tak membantu at all. sorry to say, this hotel need so much improvement. hope this hotel can do better after this. no hate, im just giving my honest review 🙏🏻

Ample parking. Need to improve cleanliness of bedsheets and towel.
