Hotel is decent. Mattress and pillows are comfortable. The sheets are clean, fresh and comfy. My room was spacious. I like that they provide mini fridge in the room and hair dryer. Air conditioner was cold enough and water pressure was good in the bathroom. Near to eateries and convenience stores. Mamak is just downstairs.

Bathroom cleanliness could be improved. My room’s floor was not properly cleaned. I could spot a lot of hair and small rubbish on the floor.

Front desk staff all very friendly and give good service to us. They follow up every request to change room or even late check out. To be honest i think this hotel is really worth the stay that match up with the price. I really do not have high expectation but i had a good stay and a good sleep. Location was good very near everywhere just downstairs there is 7/11, watson and so many eateries nearby. I will stay here again whenever i visit Melaka!!

Clean and convenient hotel.good location.price included breakfast.only parking need to use coupon.thank you Mr Tan ,hotel receptionist for helping us and good services!👍🏻Would like to recommend to hotel management ,please provide sheer curtain for windows to provide privacy for room at front building.thank you.overall recommend this hostel🙂

I was very satisfied with my stay at Mio Boutique Hotel in Melaka. I was a bit doubtful because of the mixed reviews, but my personal experience was just great! The hotel is clean and modern. My (single) room (no. 308) was quite small but perfect for single occupation. The bed is very comfy. The AC works well. There is a big Sony LCD TV, a very nice shower, a kettle etc. Everything looked pretty new (or renovated) to me.
Because of Ramadan, the hotel's breakfast area was closed, but the hotel has an agreement with the four star hotel next door (inside the mall) where you can enjoy a fantastic breakfast buffet.

The hotel location at Jalan Persisiran Bunga Raya Melaka. The room is clean tidy and comfortable. Staff hotel is friendly. No parking lot provide by the hotel. Easy to get the food and beverage by walking distance.

The location is good and convenient to City Centre of Malacca, the only downside is although the rooms should come with wifi, but there is no wifi coverage and no action taken despite complaints to front desk and they don’t feel apologies. It’s very frustrating that you were unable to use internet and need the trouble to look for alternative especially if you reach at night.

It’s a budget hotel so it’s just ok for cleanliness. The best part is the location, quiet, walk distance to tourists attractions. Service is fair but basics like WiFi password and breakfast time didn’t mention actively. But again, it’s a budget choice. If there’s a cup beside the washing basin, then it could be okay. Well all of these mentioned doesn’t mean this hotel is not good. Tbh, I would choose again the next time.

Love this place and was my 2nd time staying there. Everything is good and satisfied, even staff at check-in counter are friendly, and thanks to En Alif for his help on my parking ticket. Will definitely book again and recommended 👍

Location goods, but feel upsad smell smoking, after changing room, end up another issue, bathroom water out very slow. Morning smell smoking 😩

The property enjoys a prime location within walking distance to Jonker Walk and the riverside. While the bed is clean, there is room for improvement in the cleanliness of the bathroom.
