Hotel is at good location, easy access to Chinese and Indian, dubai restaurants, back street with laundry shops , walking distance KFC , WiFi password need to change after 24 hours , overall good

The environment is simple and clean, the staff is very friendly, we have a baby staff thoughtfully arranged two adjacent rooms for us, this is our second time staying in this hotel, there are many things to eat nearby, it is not quiet at night, feel at ease

The room is not clean enough, hair found in the towel provided, aircon long time no service, very noisy, firstly they reject to let me change room due to floor number is sensitive for chinese, but 10mins later request change room due to aircon noisy then she said can change, this is totally not friendly at all.

From the moment we entered the hotel lobby, we were impressed. The interior decor was luxurious yet warm and inviting. The family room that we booked was spacious and clean with comfortable double beds and linens. The room was overlooking the ocean which had a fabulous view. There is a kettle, a small fridge and a large TV which we loved. The bathroom was nicely decorated with unique tiles. They provided plush towels and top of the line toiletry sets which they would replace every day.

Super nice and marble-ish modern and new hotel in melacca. Totally recommended. No hidden cost and all. Straight up, super friendly and parking is easy. RM10 for VVIP parking and free parking for normal parking. Room is great and very nice. Aircon is superb! Breakfast buffet need improvement bt cmon with price ure paying is definitely worth it! I rate 5 stars! behind hotel got dobi for laundry. location is strategic. #melacca #marblehotel

This Hotel is located at Kota Laksamana. Very strategic place and near with Jonker Street, Bandar Hilir and Melaka Raya. Surrounding multiple choices of food

All good but my towel got foot stain maybe the cleaner missed out that. But its ok. I can use another towel. For brakfast little bit weird 🤣. I dont know how to explain. But everything is ok.

I have stayed several times here for my business trip. Even it's not at the city center, but if you are driving this is a good location as the car park just available in front of the hotel. The room is pleasant. However, the 1st experienced staying in this hotel was more pleasant compare to this round. Maybe the cleanliness is deteriorate over the time. Hope there could be improvement on this in the coming future. Thanks !
