Very comfortable stay, the hosts were always around to help and the room was clean - couldn’t fault it. Central location, could walk everywhere in the old town. Room cleaning was included when wanted. No bar fridge but we didn’t really need one. Would stay again.

Booked via Trip.Com, I did not know the room was a family suite which was actually a heritage house opposite to the main hotel block. Interesting to have a nostalgic experience to stay in an traditional house but might be a little too quiet for solo travellers. Need to climb the stairs as the bed and the washroom/pantry are on different floors. Staff was friendly and the house was spotless clean. Another plus is the strong air con in the house against the crazy heat in Malacca.

Brilliant choice! Perfect location by the footbridge over the river, close to everything but quiet (no street noise, day or night). Efficient check in, nice building, clean rooms & comfortable bed. We appreciated the carpet put down upstairs to minimise noise to the downstairs neighbours. Good water pressure & stable WiFi. Would stay again without hesitation.

Pros: Very good location, near tourist spots (Christ Church Melaka, Harmony street and Jonker street) and accessible to many F&B spots. The interior decor has an antique design and rustic vibe, bed is quite comfortable, basic amenities all in place, security was alright too. Quiet at night so that's good for a good night rest. The front desk kakak is very nice. Cons: Room looks tidy and clean at first sight but could be better - one of the towel smells and is severely stained, there were hairs on the pillow (from previous guest?)

Nice location walking distance to jonker street ,our room at the ground floor, Quite noisy from the 2nd floor room upon movement. The room are big for 2 person.

I recently had the displeasure of staying at a boutique hotel that left a lot to be desired. Despite expecting a comfortable and enjoyable stay, my experience was marred by poor service, uninformed policies, and an unfriendly staff member named ****. One of the first issues I encountered was the lack of room service after 6pm. Upon returning to my room at 11pm, I realized that I needed an iron for my clothes. To my dismay, I discovered that the hotel did not offer room service after 6pm. This was a major inconvenience, especially since I was not informed about this policy upon check-in. It was only when I contacted the hotline service that I became aware of the restricted hours for room service. The person in charge, ****, was far from accommodating. When I called the hotline service requesting an iron, his response was unexpectedly harsh. His tone was dismissive and his attitude conveyed a lack of willingness to assist guests in their needs. This left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. Furthermore, the lack of communication regarding the limited room service hours was disappointing. As a guest, I believe it is the responsibility of the hotel staff to inform guests about any such restrictions. However, I was left to discover this information on my own, which resulted in unnecessary inconvenience. It is essential for a boutique hotel to prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold a high level of service. Unfortunately, this establishment fell short in meeting these expectations. With limited room service hours and an unhelpful and unfriendly staff member, my overall experience was far from pleasant. Despite the hotel's potential for charm and character, the lackluster service, uninformed policies, and the harsh demeanor of **** left a lasting negative impression. I hope that the management will address these issues and take the necessary steps to improve their service, ensuring a more enjoyable experience for future guests. I would not recommend this boutique hotel to others until they demonstrate a commitment to providing better service and a more guest-centric approach.

Beautiful 2 storey unit. Very classic and comfortable at the same time. Value for money. Location is next to melaka river. Easy to find place to eat. 5 minutes walk to Jonker street. Will definitely come again.

I like the interior design of the room and quiet place , very good location and near to the river cruise jetty , jonker street ,Red building and others F & B restaurants .I would come back and stay here again.

Location is excellent. Short walk to Riverside and 10 minutes walk to Jonker Street. Amenities and food easily accessible. The only complaint is the carparking

Great stay, the location was good, the room was superb, loved the antique design, though the stairs were a little steep quite dangerous, be mindful to walk carefully, all amenities were provided, coffees, teas, comb, toothbrush. The check in and out were breezy. Aircons works great! Though during the day the top floor tend to be very hot, hence the great aircon.

Totally enjoyed the stay. Perfect location in quiet street. Beautiful house. Friendly service. Would definitely come back.
