The room was extremely unhygienic, the toilet had a foul odor, and there were all kinds of dirt on the sheets. We contacted the online customer service at 8 or 9 pm on the day of check-in to change the clean sheets, but were refused and told that they were off work and would have to wait until the next day.
We asked for a check-out refund, and the online customer service said that we could check out but they could not decide on the refund. Then the hotel customer service disappeared after get off work. . . . .
It was really frustrating to stay in such a hotel with a family, so we checked out that night and looked for another hotel.
