Everything is ok, but the bathroom quiet smelly even if before we using it. The swimming pool looks abandoned & we don’t dare to swim🤭 room was spacious & convenient. View from the room as attachment.

It was a really nice room with enough beds for the whole family, location is also excellent for local tourists with cars as all the sights of Malacca can be reached easily in about 30mins by car. Make sure to take advantage of the discounted tickets for attractions offered by the front desk, it can help you save a bundle.

Near to city center. Room smell like old furniture. Free parking. Fast check in. Friendly staff. So far ok for short stay.

Location is nearby city centre. Its walkable but with no proper pedestrian, better grab car from hotel to explore around Melaka

Good. The room and toilets are clean

I had a pleasant stay at Hallmark. The room was clean and big. The facilities partially felt a little old like the rooftop. It is a 15-20min walk to the tourist center, so a little offside if you are traveling by foot, better with a car or motorcycle. Insider info: right across the street is the green cafe, from a lovely old couple with some amazing breakfast!!! Go check it out.

Location and room are all good except the basin water too strong and it splash out from the basin. Maintenance need to look into it. Rest are all good. Recommended for short stay. I always choose this hotel if I visit Melaka.
