Omg it’s really nice hotel. My families were real impressed with the unit. The check-in in super fast. 5min. No hassle. The receptionists were polite and friendly. Helpful on parking matter. When we entered the room the aircond already turned on. Cold. It’s really comfy. We stay at 24th floor. 3 rooms family suits ,corner unit. 2 door fridge and mcw, kettle n sink are provided. The water pressure is good and shower is hot. Master bedroom has a bath tab. The lighting of the unit is good. We were having the the melaka river view.. the pool at level 9. The water at water park is cold and strong wing. The adult pool next to lift is less windy. Perhaps the hotel can provide some plate and cutlery in the room. Overall am super satisfied with the stay. Shall return

Utk katil king ok je besar utk suami istri anak kecik.. tv channel ade 2 je yg boleh buka.. bilik air takde kunci.. bilik tkde tingkap.. aircond ok sejuk.. water heater pon ok berfungsi.. nk parking agak leceh sbb tak boleh reserve.. kena cari sendiri dan kena beli kupon parking siap2.. sarapan pagi boleh pegi kat kedai depan hotel mawaddah kalau tk silap.. mkanan ok byk pilihan harga pon murah..

At room 2117 really worst the roof top thirty need to repaint duet o leaking water before and your staff never check proper the toilet flash was broken , I have to change the room at 12.30am in the morning 🤦🏼♀️. No one will help , lucky the 24 service call was active and luckily the guy allow us to change the room. Hope your take note this room need renovation. Thank you

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, situated in the heart of Melaka, making it convenient to explore all the main attractions. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and efficient service. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and I felt like a valued guest throughout my stay. The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I particularly enjoyed the stunning view from my window, which added to the overall ambiance of relaxation.

We booked this hotel as per recommended by other guests reviews. However, the first thing we feel upon arriving at 3pm is that the lobby is very warm, there is not even a think cold air blowing from the ceiling air-con. Anyway, we booked 2 rooms a week ago and we were told that the rooms are not ready, yet. The check-in time for this hotel is 3pm, but we have waited 30 minutes only to get our first room and another 30 minutes to get second room. The first room was super dark as there were only 1 light working, so we ended up calling the maintenance to fix all other lights in the room. The second room was not clean, hair were everywhere and there's even a pair of leggings hanging in the wardrobe. Both rooms showers were not properly clean, hence the water is not able to run, as it's clogged due to massive hair balls stucked in the hole. That's not all. As our rooms doesn't comes with breakfast, we bought 2 breakfast for the first room for next day. There was no meal vouchers given to us except the receipt as the receptionist told us to show just the room key to the cafe staff. But, the cafe staff refused to let us in even after we showed the room key to him. He told us that we need to present meal voucher to him, which was not told to us by the receptionist. We told him to checked in the system as we have paid for it and he refused to do so. He shoved us away immediately without checking further. After all the hassle, we went to the receptionist at lobby and seek for refund. And we were told that it takes 15 working days for the refund (which is MYR30 only). We paid by cash for the breakfast when we check in, but we cannot get our cash back instantly for refusing us go enter the cafe. We don't think that we deserved such treatment by the hotel staff, just because the room rate are affordable, doesn't means the hospitality standards can be regards as third world class. What else can we ask for? If it's not due to TripAdvisor system, I don't even want to give even 1 rating.

It was a business and family trip. I liked the location to get to Melaka River Cruise and nearby bridge to cross yo Kg Morten. Easy to get food especially for dinner. Parking is ample at the connected multi storey car park within the hotel building. The premier room was good with a big bathroom with bathtub facing the window. The sink and counter top is good to bring food. Since the bathroom has taken up a big space..the room is a little bit cramped if you have stroller and big luggage bag but there are a lot of cabinets to put your things. The food for breakfast is a little disappointing as it is a small selection in comparison with the price if you need to add breakfast and they were no pastries, for 2 days the sambal nasi lemak was overcooked.

Everything was great. I was skeptical at first but for family traveller that just need some comfortable night, this is great enough. Those that maybe look out for breakfast, swimming pool etc etc, I am not sure but room was great.

room with basic amenities. there are no reception on duties when i arrived. have to wasap & communicate tru the phone. and get your key inside the box. this lodge is walking distance to jonker street. near to resto asam pedas. its a good deal.

We had a good stay. The price is reasonable with the service we received. At first we were given a room with Kerosene smell, but the hotel changed the room instantly after I reported it. In the new room, the TV was not function, they came and changed it right away. Breakfast was delicious. Pool was average, no towel provided so bring your towel along. Parking is on Level 7 and 8. Quite closed to Jonker Walk, 15 minutes walk.
