Beautiful hotel. Love the location. Very clean. Wonderful breakfast. Walking distance to center of Malaga, fresh fruit and fish market and nice restaurants .

I booked this hotel after reading the reviews online. The environment is too average, the smell in the room is too bad, and the facilities are outdated. The only advantage is that it is close to the busy streets and it is convenient to get in and out.

I returned to Don Curro because it is a renovated 3-star hotel, clean and in a fantastic location, with a good quality-price ratio on pre-Christmas weekends. Very comfortable bed, power socket next to the bed, right temperature. There are no amenities in the bathroom, so if you forget your toothbrush, comb, cap or anything else you have to go and buy it. The toilet is very uncomfortable because the space with the opposite wall is very small. It lacks a welcoming lobby. Upon arrival you have to climb a staircase to reach the reception. I recommend it for short stays by booking in advance.

Perfect location for a short stay, as it is in the historic centre with a wide choice of shops and restaurants around, and just a short walk from the Line A bus stop that goes to the airport. The hotel is old, but well-maintained, clean and comfortable. Our room was on the 8/F with a small balcony, which provides a small outdoor area to relax and enjoy the city view. The front desk staff was helpful. We enjoyed the stay!

Hotel in central Malaga close to Cathedral and calle Larios, within walking distance of all main attractions, shopping and refreshment areas. Kept clean and although rooms are small they have good bathroom (shower only), Wifi, TV and safe (although mine was broken). There is a bar where breakfast is served. This is buffet with good and unlimited selection of fruit, cold meats, cheese, bread pastries, juices, coffee.

With a superb location, just steps away from Lario's, the hotel is ideally located to visit all the places of interest in the historic center. On a pedestrian street it is located walking distance to the Cathedral. The family suite was spacious and perfect for our group of four offering great views of the centers streets. Clean and comfortable with air conditioning, would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in downtown Malaga at a reasonable rate. Although parking is not available on site, they offer a reduced rate for the public lots nearby. Would definitely stay here again. Recommended.

This hotel has lovely rooms with great facilities, beds and shower etc were of a very high standard .It is in a great location in Malaga right in centre beside restaurants shops and attractions .. recommend for a city break. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

We stayed here for 3 nights in May and were very pleased with the hotel. Our room was quite spacious, the beds comfortable and the cleaner came everyday to clean and prepare the room. The breakfast was good, mostly continental but with a choice of bacon, scrambled eggs or tortilla. Staff were helpful, especially on reception as we arrived very early in the morning. Best part however is location. Situated in the old town a stone’s throw away from many of the attractions, bars and restaurants. We would definitely like to return one day.

Great hotel in an ideal location for exploring Malaga old town and beyond. Easy to find. Rooms clear and of a good size. Beds very comfortable. The only negatives were air conditioning was not working, so the room was a little too warm, and noisy guests returning from a night out, but acknowledge that isn’t the hotels fault.
