The service at this hotel was outstanding, I was really made to feel special. The building is beautiful, especially the marble staircase and terrace overlooking the sea. My room was very tastefully and luxuriously decorated, it didn’t have a view, but the price was commensurate for that. Overall the hotel gives an experience of mid tier luxury (not very very top level ala Bulgari hotel, but definitely premium). My biggest complaint is with regards to the gym and spa. The gym is ok, if small, has a squat rack which is great. But there is no locker room or changing area next to it! Any other five star hotel I’ve been to would have a luxurious locker room with a sauna and hot tub etc. Here there wasn’t even a place to change! I had to go back to my room and change into my gym gear the first time I went. Then there is the ‘spa’. Some hot tubs, relaxation areas and a sauna. Very nice, but a €25 EXTRA for guests!! What kind of a luxury hotel charges extra for use of the sauna?! Aside from this, I very much enjoyed my stay and would certainly stay here again.

The hotel room itself is okay, but it's not very breathable and feels stuffy, but the toiletries are well received. The hotel's front desk and doormen are friendly, but the staff in the lobby don't seem to be familiar with the hotel. They don't even know where the restaurant in the hotel is. The restaurant in the hotel for dinner was unpalatable. It was very salty. I also felt dizzy, upset my stomach and felt like vomiting after eating it. The restaurant environment was very stuffy.

The hotel is conveniently located but the soundproofing is not good. I paid extra to change to a suite, but I made a special complaint to the man whose name started with ING on the 22nd. When I checked out, he was very powerless, very discriminatory and without the slightest courtesy. I complained after staying for four days. OK. He looks at you extremely unfriendly and has no manners. He doesn't even say goodbye. He just wants to be rude on purpose. But behind his back, he represents the reputation of their hotel! ! This is the most basic quality, no matter it is a fast hotel or a five-star hotel!

The hotel was built in 1928. It faces the sea and has a good atmosphere. It may be the best hotel in Malaga. It mainly serves breakfast and Western food, and the categories are very complete. The only drawback is that the hotel does not have hot water supply for the bathtub for environmental protection.

Everything is perfect that japchae!!! It's absolutely one of the best hotels I've been to. However, the variety of breakfast was a bit lacking. best view. Room condition is superb. Amenities are Bvlgari!!

Very comfortable and beautiful hotel and room. Although the bed is small, the whole living experience is very good. Enjoy the charming ambience of the breakfast restaurant. recommend.

The windows of the rooms I booked for nearly 3,000 yuan face the interior of the building, and about half of the rooms face this way. , it would be better if the interior set had some thought. Swimming pool is okay. The location is good.

This is the most upscale hotel in Malaga. It is an attraction in itself. Many celebrities and dignitaries will come here for vacation. The rooms and the facilities inside and outside the hotel are very good. Short-term accommodation may not be able to experience all the services and facilities. It is best to stay for a few more days and go sunbathing every day, which is very comfortable.

Beautiful hotel. Service is great, location is great, air conditioning is great, food is great. Spotty wifi and my hot water disappeared in the morning meaning I couldn't shower before checkout. That was not so great.

Our stay was amazing. The staff were friendly and the food and rooms superb. We stayed for 2 nights to attend a wedding in the hotel. The food was outrageously good! Loved the pool and the hotel is situated right in front of the beach and a walk away from the old town in Malaga. The service of our room was outstanding. We felt really spoilt with the turn down service at night. A wonderful touch to make guests feel special. Would definitely recommend staying if you want tofeel well looked after.
