I stayed in ac double room. The experience was good and value for money. Only problem faced was some mosquitos and the matress was soft. Only issue was it put vertically so a gap was generating between two beds. If they put the bed horizontally, it will be better.

I had stayed for a business purpose for 4 days. The room was neat, clean and well-maintained. I was overwhelmed with their quality of service. I must mention the name of mr vishnu who really cares for the guests. Next time when i travel to that location, i wont even think of a second choice

Location is bang on the main road in kottakkal town right next to bus stand. It has good parking facility. Hotel was welcoming and the checkin/checkout process was smooth. Its a big hotel but its an old one and hence require some maintenance. Otherwise, everything else inside the hotel was neat and clean. Room has all necessary services. I staid in an ac room and the ac was working well. I added breakfast as part of my booking and they provided limited options but good food as part of breakfast. They serve food till 10 pm in the-or restaurant and the price is nominal.

Hotel rooms and bathrooms are well furnished. Breakfast is nice and freshly prepared. We had dosa and fresh fruits. However rooms are bang on the home highway road. There is sound proofing. So very noisy and difficult to sleep in night. You feel like you are on the road. Highway is hardly 5 metres away and no noise insulation. Hotel rooms and bathrooms are well furnished. GGuest UserThe property was excellent and well maintained. The staff were very warm and attentive. Would like to book again. The only slight glitch was in the breakfast rates. We had made a booking without breakfast. As per trip.com offer breakfast rate was Rs 450 per person to be paid at the hotel. But the actual rates were Rs 750 plus tax. So double check the rates with the reception before availing.

GGuest UserThis hotel in nilambur is located centrally, off the highway and easily accessible. Parking is available. Has a small bar and a restaurant. The rooms are large and fairly well equipped. The wifi didn't work, most of the time, during our stay. Rooms, furniture etc. Require better maintenance. Food in the restaurant is average and variety is limited. For those who enjoy their drink, the bar is conveniently located on the ground floor.

GGuest UserIt is a budget property and do not expect luxury. It is on the nilambur ooty road but about 6 km away from nilambur town. The amenities do not include a bar. This is a wrong information in mm t description which is to be corrected. Breakfast is limited to either two poori or one plate of idlies and one cup of tea or coffee. Any thing more or any thing else will be charged and it is much higher than that for similar items in the area. They kept a used water bottle in the room but they changed it promptly when asked for a new bottle. They keep toiletries for only one person in a double room and even a single towel. Altogother i feel the present ratings of this hotel is a bit exaggeration.

GGuest UserLocation is easily accessible, but not scenic or anything except for a viewing platform facing the river. Rooms are spacious with necessary amenities, but poorly maintained, mushy odour, heater not working, and mosquitoes in room. outdoors are not cleaned or maintained at all. The only saving grace is the swimming pool which is big and clean, and the food (breakfast) which was tasty even though minimal in variety. Also notable is the very courteous and prompt response of the front office and other staff. An effort towards maintenance would go a long way in making this property an experience worth remembering. Hoping to see it becoming a better place ☺️

BbinojkalayilRoom quality, cleanliness and staff courtesy is very good. Neatly maintained property. Accessibility to this hotel is very easy and the location is slightly away from the crowd making it less noisy and comfortable. Breakfast is served but they get food from outside. So inform in advance what you need. Ample parking space. You will get a better deal by calling their numbers than going for online agents. Make use if it. Having a restaurant inside would be a plus and make this hotel more convenient. A few improvement areas 1. Light up the frontage so that it's visible better. 2. Fix the ramp to entry for cars so that it won't hit the bottom for low ground clearance cars 3. Keep some freshener in lobby for a pleasant feel
