Room was not that much good. Wall was full of dampness. And the wall was made up of concrete slabs which had very low sound proof. Yesterday was a difficult night and couldn't sleep well because of noise from adjascent sound.

I stayed in ac double room. The experience was good and value for money. Only problem faced was some mosquitos and the matress was soft. Only issue was it put vertically so a gap was generating between two beds. If they put the bed horizontally, it will be better.

The room and washroom were very spacious. Really liked the them. A bath curtain in the washroom would have been good to prevent splashing of water to the remaining area. Food had to be ordered from nearby hotel whose menus are available in the room. The food was good too from those places. Only drawback i felt during my stay was, there only one other guest on the hotel while i was staying. The hotel therefore looked very isolated. Also the external lighting of the hotel during the night can be better

Hotel is good, buts its not in perinthalmanna as mentioned in portal, its 13 km away from town at melattur. So if you have work at perinthalmanna then its not the hotel i would recommend. If you are on a vacation and want to spend time in resort kind of setting then its a good place. Overall people at hotel are friendly, rooms are spacious and clean

We had made a booking without breakfast. As per trip.com offer breakfast rate was Rs 450 per person to be paid at the hotel. But the actual rates were Rs 750 plus tax. So double check the rates with the reception before availing.

GGuest UserThis hotel in nilambur is located centrally, off the highway and easily accessible. Parking is available. Has a small bar and a restaurant. The rooms are large and fairly well equipped. The wifi didn't work, most of the time, during our stay. Rooms, furniture etc. Require better maintenance. Food in the restaurant is average and variety is limited. For those who enjoy their drink, the bar is conveniently located on the ground floor.

There is sound proofing. So very noisy and difficult to sleep in night. You feel like you are on the road. Highway is hardly 5 metres away and no noise insulation. GGuest UserIt is a budget property and do not expect luxury. It is on the nilambur ooty road but about 6 km away from nilambur town. The amenities do not include a bar. This is a wrong information in mm t description which is to be corrected. Breakfast is limited to either two poori or one plate of idlies and one cup of tea or coffee. Any thing more or any thing else will be charged and it is much higher than that for similar items in the area. They kept a used water bottle in the room but they changed it promptly when asked for a new bottle. They keep toiletries for only one person in a double room and even a single towel. Altogother i feel the present ratings of this hotel is a bit exaggeration.

GGuest UserI had a stay @ low cost budgeted room, even there is no issues available. Rooms are clean & tied y, calm ambience, staff were polite, very good hotel with reasonable price near to bus stop. I don't know about the car parking.
