The hotel building was gone by earthquake. No more exist at all

This hotel is still accepting books through April 2023 even though it was hit with the February 2023 earthquake. I am sorry for the loss the people in the region surffered and I was travelling to assist. I booked a 3 night stay on the 11th April 2023 for the following week. My arrival was at 2 am to be faced with a damaged building and an adjacent destroyed building. I called the hotel number from the Bookin.com app and stated I had arrived to check, to be told, we are closed. Thank you very much City Kent.
