We had a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was delicious and various, staff was very helpful with moving around and sightseeing. We had a little trouble setting the AC and the hairdryer was faulty but we didn’t raport that so it’s on us because they would probably replace/repair it. Hotel room was spacious and clean. We recommend it :)

Very nice hotel with great view. Need half an hour bus to get to the main tourist spot. Staffs are kind and willing to answer our questions.

Location was good if you are looking for an affordable stay outside of Venice. There is a public bus just a few minutes away from the hotel that takes you straight into heart of Venice. Our stay did not include breakfast but If you walk a few minutes then you can also enjoy coffee at nearby places.

The only good thing about the hotel is that it is close to a bus stop. And that some of the people at the reception, two to be exact, are very friendly. Also, they sell you the tickets for the bus right there and they reserve the taxi for you so you can return to the airport. The rooms are too simple. But we did not feel safe because when we arrived we saw some very rowdy and violent people among themselves. There is no guard in the hotel. They stole papers and all the forms and receipts for my purchases from my bag to request my tax free. (For what? I don't know, but they took them from my bag. It's a shame because the hotel is in a very good area, but I would never go back.

Getting to Venice is not convenient: the bus leaves once an hour. There is no kettle. There are no shops or cafes nearby. Otherwise, everything is fine.
