Udemærket, men basale mangler
Fine faciliteter. Meget hjælpsom personale. Der er basale mangler som sæbe, opvaskesæbe og børste, poser til skrald som vi endte med at bruge penge på selv, hvilket er lidt øv, når ikke er der længe. Mange kravlende myrer indendørs som også nogle gange kom op i sengen, så vi købte også en myrespray, som heldigvis virkede.
4 stjerner grundet meget venlig og hjælpsom personale.

I stayed here for a work trip and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. Special shout out to Nick, Big and Baby George and Clydey! The facilities in the room were good with the kitchenette particularly well equipped. It’s also located within easy walking distance of the beach and local restaurants. Loved my time here!

This was a last minute booking due to our package holiday being cancelled. We arrived by Hoppa transfer from Chania airport and were warmly welcomed. We were given a choice of two apartment locations which was appreciated. The apartments are large and clean. There were two Aircon units which were included in the price and very effective. The cleaning service was very good. The pool was clean and spacious and allows ball games and inflatables, which kept the kids happy. Could get sun loungers at anytime during the day. Cocktails at the bar were very good. Beer a little expensive compared to the beach bars. Easy to catch the bus to Chania (timetable in reception). Also easy to get to the waterpark on the road train - would highly recommend. Also the boat trip was good and collected from outside the hotel. Therefore not necessary to hire a car. Only minor gripes for us was the bed was hard and the bathroom a bit dingy.

Établissement au calme malgré son emplacement en bord de route. Plage accessible à pieds. Difficulté pour se garer a l'hôtel mais qq stationnements un peu plus loin. Vaisselle très limitée ds les logements.

Das Hotel Futura ist eine sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage mit Ferienwohnungen. Unsere Wohnung hatte eine angenehme Größe, Küchenzeile und kleine Terrasse. Frühstück ist hervorragend! Der Pool ist herrlich. Meer nur 5 min entfernt, allerdings kein Sandstrand. Trotzdem wunderschön. Mit dem Bus sind nähere Städte super erreichbar. In Maleme selbst ist nicht viel los, aber trotzdem gibt es nette kleine Restaurants für das Abendessen. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind super nett. Empfehlen würden wir etwas gegen Mücken. Es gibt keinen Insektenschutz an den Fenstern. Und Klimaanlage kostet 10 Euro pro Tag extra.

We were so impressed by this lovely hotel. It was off a main road but there was no traffic noise. The pool area was quiet and ideal for young children. We had a spacious apartment which had a bedroom with a triple size bed. It is like a Greek village with lots of lush greenery. The food was excellent - the breakfasts had so many different dishes. The hotel is a pleasant walk from a pebbly beach, which was never busy but had a lifeguard as the sea was sometimes rough.

Lovely design of the hotel. Staff, cleaners, cooks, bar tender were all amazing. The room was good. Bathroom was awful small squashed, not a place you even want to shower in. AC was amazing. Tv in room didn’t work. Morning buffet had a lot of variety but none for vegetarians. Pool area was nice and cosy, with a bar and tv screen. Spoke to staff if could leave luggage behind while we checked out, she said yes, so that was great. location was okay, had few good shops for food, supermarket was also local. Beach was local to, around 5 mins walk, Pebble beach more like. We did book this for 3 nights, but managed to just stay the 1 night, we decided to book else where for our holiday to continue..
