We had an amazing Customer Experience at Hotel Liro. What is the difference? Customer Service versus Customer Experience As a business owner you must understand the difference between Customer Experience and Customer Service. Customer Service is reactionary. It is what you need to spend money on because your customers have a problem or they are unhappy. And it’s the customers who aren’t happy who will utilise most of that resource through complaints etc. Customer experience is proactive. It’s about understanding what their journey and experience of interacting with you is like. The closer you get to creating an optimal customer experience, the less you’ll need to spend on traditional customer service. Right from checking in to our room with a balcony that had a lovely view was excellent. The room itself is just lovely and so well set out. The only small gripe was the lack of plugs to power up devices. There was only one beside the bedside, one in the TV and 1 in the bathroom. Breakfast (which was included was superb and the staff could not have been more helpful. Even down to printing out 4 pages of notes I had, and they wouldn't accept payment for the print and paper. Thnak you so much. We had a small Kiwi that we could give as a gift which wa a token for what they provided us. Thank you so much. Thank you to our wonderful front of staff. You are a gem my friend and i enjoyed speaking andftalking with you.

Breakfast included

Nice and clean room, big bathroom with Black and gold marble and great view on the lake and the country side. There was good wifi and free parking. The breakfast is included in the price : eggs, sausage, cheese, bread... You can ask for a hot beverage. The staff is nice and care about your needs. The hotel is at a 5min walk away from the city center where you can find some bars and restaurants. We had a great stay !
