The room was not ready despite our late arrival. I had to make our daughter's bed and the AC in her room was not working properly. Overall, the management made up for the shortcomings but it was a bit of a drag. Great beach and friendly staff.

Wunderschöne Hotelanlage direkt am Meer. Wir hatten ein Komfortzimmer inkl. Meerblick gebucht und ein Upgrade auf ein Superior Zimmer bekommen (dieses ist etwas größer und mit einem zusätzlichen Sofa ausgestattet). Unser Zimmer war im ersten Stock mit herrlichem Blick auf das blaue Meer. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war freundlich und das Einchecken fand sogar auf Deutsch statt. Die Anlage ist weitläufig, sauber und gepflegt. Zum Hotel gehören diverse Pools und ein eigener Strandabschnitt mit Sandstrand. Mit freien Liegen am Strand hatten wir in der Nachsaison kein Problem. Strandtücher (in Blau) und Badetücher fürs Zimmer (in Weiß) erhält man jeden Tag frisch aufs Zimmer. Frühstück war gut und mit riesiger Auswahl. Da wir recht früh aufstehen, hatten wir immer einen Platz mit Meerblick. Herrlich. Im Hotel gibt es einige Restaurants, die wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Fußläufig gibt es eine gute Auswahl an Essensmöglichkeiten. Parkplätze gibt es direkt am Hotel. Allerdings ist der Parkplatz recht klein; den Ausweichparkplatz mussten wir aber nicht nutzen. Wir hatten hier einen ganz tollen Urlaub verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden.

This Hotel is like my 2nd home. The people who work there are SO lovely, so the second you arrive you feel so welcoming, I've never met any friendlier and happier People at one place before. We definietly will come back!! Also the food is so delicious. Usually, I am picky at eating, but there, I always find so much food I like and it always tastes very very good. There is also nothing bad to say about the rooms and everything else. Very clean and luxurious. Every Cent you spend there is worth it. Thank you for this incredible week we spent there.

Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff. The waiting staff at the restaurant were very friendly and hardworking. Making sure our meals were enjoyable. Good atmosphere and ambiance around the hotel. Loved the beach and the fact that it had a secluded feel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The excellent reviews made me choose Hotel Alexander Beach for our first trip to Crete. And I have to say, they are true. This is an amazing hotel in many regards. I have never met friendlier and more welcoming staff at a hotel. The staff everywhere, at the desk, at the restaurants, the bars, the cleaning ladies, the therapists, all very very attentive. They helped us, made us laugh, tried to accommodate every wish, were great with the kids. The rooms, the hotel and the beautifully maintained garden and pool areas (4 pools) were spotlessly clean. The food at all the à la Carte restaurants (Oliva, Taverna, lemon grass, Pool bar) was very good, even excellent, and the breakfast buffet has an amazing choice. Get there early in the morning if you want to sit outside on the covered terrace for a breakfast with direct views of the beach and the sea.. Also the rooms were almost perfect, two bedrooms on two levels, connected by a stair. The only downside was that one of the kids‘ beds was narrower than a regular bed (probably 80cm). But the mattresses were all very comfortable. The bathroom very functional, good pressure in the shower. The only thing I would replace is the hairdryer, the blow was too weak to get my hair dry, but that’s a minor problem. The rooms were spotlessly cleaned every day, and towels and linen replaced regularly. Wonderfully thick and fluffy towels, white for inside the rooms, blue for pool and beach. No need to bring your own towels. There were also thick white bathrobes, which I liked. I want to thank the whole team of Alexander Beach for making this an absolutely wonderful stay!

die gesamte anlage, das essen und das personal sind hervorragend. nicht ohne grund sind wir schon das zweite mal hier. dieses mal hab ich auch das spa, samt massage ausprobiert. ich war bei herrn dimitris und bin grenzenlos begeistert. er ist sehr empathisch und hat seinen job ausgezeichnet erledigt. für alles hier kann ich volle punktezahl vergeben. danke für den grandiosen aufenthalt

Sehr gutes Hotel, speziell für Kinder. Essen und Lage einfach super. Habe eine Massage gebucht, Dimitris hat dies sehr kompetent gemacht. Pool sehr sauber mit vieler Animation. Strand ebenfalls sehr sauber und immer genügend Liegen vorhanden.
