Personal Service sehr gestresst- wir haben noch nie in ein Restaurant so oft- Nein bekommen- sogar wurden wir angegriffen warum wir etwas fragen- laut und vor andere Gäste in Restaurant!!!
Hotel befindet sich in sehr gute Lage, Parkplätze sind sehr begrenzt und nicht geräumt- es lag 5 cm dicke Eis Schicht unter Autos, obwohl Parkplätze in Hotelhof sich befinden- ein großes Gefahr für Kinder und Erwachsene- manche Gäste haben mit Spikes das Auto ein/aus geladen. Wer übernimmt die Kosten falls jemand sich verletzt und die Reise nicht mehr weiter machen kann?
Kinder waren teilweise bis 24:00 Uhr in Treppen Bereich gespielt und geschrien- keine sagt etwas- keine klare Regeln, keine Ruhezeit!- Antwort von Betreiber war: Hauptsache die bezahlen!
Als letzte Alternative- Ja, sonst lieber sucht ihr etwas anderes!
Wir werden der Ort erneut besuchen, aber das Hotel nie wieder!
Was ich nicht verstehe ist: woher kommen 3 ***?

Sehr freundliches Personal und Gastgeber. Lage des Hotels sehr gut. Ortsmitte, Skibus, Loipen, Wanderwege in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Leuk verblijf in mooi en proper hotel, vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam personeel. Een aanrader aan ieder die in Mallnitz even op de latte wil staan. Het hotel voldoet echt aan alle verwachtingen zoals op de foto’s te zien is. Top team en mooi hotel.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dem Hotel. Es war wieder alles super. Das einzige wo ich einen Verbesserungsvorschlag hätte ist beim Essen, ich hätte mir mehr nationalen Gerichte gewünscht. Ansonsten war das Essen immer lecker und qualitativ gut. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr nach Möglichkeit wieder.

Ciao siamo trovati molto bene, nonostante la lingua, non parlano italiano. Cena buona e abbondante colazione nella norma buffet di dolci al pomeriggio delizioso. Valido il fatto che ti puoi fare panini per il pranzo e prendere frutta e acqua. Posizione che dire? Il punto forte. Mozzafiato. Torneremo.
