A very high quality place. We visited for a guided tour and food. The tour was excellent, covering san life, culture, and hunting, in a really engaging and personal way. The guide was brilliant, and all of the activities were perfect. The exhibition and 360 immersive film are superb. The whole place and experience are really well designed (i teach museum design at a university). The location is beautiful, on a hill. We watched pelicans flying above and photographed the many weaver birds. Then to the restaurant, which gave us very high standard food and drink. Get there early, as can be busy. We booked the tour online. Next time we will stay overnight.

Tucked away off the R27 isa peaceful nature reserve, educational centre and fantastic restaurant. We had spent the day in West Coast National Park (fabulous flowers) and needed a late lunch. We were rewarded with extraordinary views of Table Mountain and simply delicious meals. The food is all locally and sustainably sourced, served by attentive and delightful staff. There are bike and hiking trails for the adventurous. We'll worth a visit!

Took the our teenaged kids and their friends with and stayed over at the Bush Camp. The tents were clean, well maintained and even though they did not have things like a fridge or plugs to charge cellphones like you will fiend in normal opulence , they were an awesome opportunity to just release the stresses of every day. The air was fresh and permeated of wild flora with a variety of different bird sounds. Furthermore, the staff were friendly and very helpful. Thank you to Mega, Hetta, Gina, et al for your friendly service.

We often visit but this was our first stay. Was disappointing that accommodation was on a difficult piece of land away from the restaurant and cultural heritage museum. Was too much effort early mornings to trek kms away for our paid breakfast so we didn't have any. Couldn't shower as all showers are outside (too cold to venture outside) and bath water didn't heat up. Furniture needs tlc. Headboard in main room was not clean. No microwave
To heat a quick meal. No guestbook re: restaurant times, key drop off process, etc. Lovely chilled environment and plenty wildlife.
