The hotel is located in a quiet area near Malmö Central Station. There are two supermarkets nearby for easy shopping. It is a five-minute walk to the city square and pedestrian street. The hotel staff are serious and polite. The accommodation price is relatively affordable in Northern Europe.

The hotel room is very big and very close to Central Station and Church Square. There is a flea market in the small square on the right on weekend mornings, which is quite interesting. The only unpleasant thing is that the hotel deducted my deposit again due to an operation error, but Ctrip has solved the problem and refunded it to me.

We arrived at the hotel very late, and the service was very good. We temporarily booked an additional night in the hotel. The front desk let us live in the same room, and we only needed to go to the front desk to renew the room card the next day. handicapped room

Stay was so so but not worth 200€ for a family per night. Reception was nice! The room was good in the first sight. Breakfast was good :) But… Bathtub didn’t hold the water, service couldn’t extend the extra bed - we needed to do it because it was already 20:30 and our toddlers needed to come to bed - service came back after one hour. - friendly though Extra bed was damaged and broke my pants because of a sharp piece sticking out. Fridge was not working and you couldn’t open Windows to get fresh air. We had way better experiences for this money.

The breakfast was porly. Three days in a row. Really low on cheese day one, fine. Really low on cheese and almost no pancakes OK. Day three. No cucumbers, no tomato's, no på cakes. Yours breakfast personal need to step it up, because my guess is that i came between refills. Just a suggestion. Refill before it's empty.

We have not stayed here before but were very pleased with everything about the hotel. The only item that could be better is keeping the tea supply topped up. We had to get our own from the "English Breakfast Tea" from the breakfast bar. We are English after all and do like a Breakfast Tea to start the day.

Warm efficient welcome. Really nice rooms. Shower in some rooms a little low on pressure. Good food. Friendly staff. Slow service at the bar at times. Overall great place

The family room you actually had enough space & room to relax & enjoy being away. Staff were really helpful & friendly!
