Fantastic hotel, really helpful staff. Rooms are to a really high standard.

I booked this hotel in order to participate in a nearby exhibition. The hotel is generally quite satisfactory and has a retro style. The elevator door needs to be opened manually, which is inconvenient. The breakfast is very rich, with a variety of breads, smoked ham, cheese, and milk drinks with cereals. The smoked salmon is very popular, as well as foie gras, fried mushrooms and scrambled eggs are very delicious. The room is a little small, but the heated bathroom floor is amazing! Unfortunately, the refrigerator in the room broke down on the first day, but the hotel staff replaced it with a new one the next day and gave me two bar coupons to compensate for the damaged food. The price is just enough to cover two meals, and it’s also quite delicious. The hotel's exterior was being renovated when I checked in, so it was a pity that I didn't see the complete exterior.

The hotel I often stay in when I'm on a business trip is convenient for transportation and shopping and dining nearby.

Being allocated in the annex building is not very convenient. The room is also very small and the facilities are very old. My colleagues had a much better experience in the main building. This store is opposite the Malmö train station. The advantage is that it is in a very good location. It is very convenient for visiting Malmö and taking the train to Copenhagen.

Very nice rooms and great location

Lovely, clean room with 2 comfy beds that were pushed together to make a queen bed. Check in was quick and easy. The hotel is super central and right next to the train station. The breakfast selection was great! We liked eating in the "library" room. We stayed i the "Little Hotel". It was around the corner from the big hotel, which was fine. Just look for the big E flag.

Not first time at Savoy, but first time Breakfast buffet almost empty at 9 o'clock, despite room reservations the day before (which should make demand predictable). A room upgrade seems waste of money, same size and interior as standard basic

The normal Economy room was very small, smallest hotel room I ever visited in 20 years. The shower was pretty poor and the hairdryer overheated within first 10 seconds of use. It is a 4-star hotel, but I would give it a 3-star instead, it's just very below average.

You are always greeted with a smile and impeccable service. I always stay at this hotel.

Beautiful architecture and decor, great bar and snug. Staff super friendly and helpful. Comfortable and large room. Ideal location for Malmo city centre. Definitely going back.

Amazing stay. Staff was tentative yet discreet, the room spacious and with a really nice bed. The charm of the old building present throughout. Only negative was the current construction going on, so had to keep the curtains drawn for privacy, but once they’re done renovating I’m sure this is a slam-dunk five.

Very good hotel in front of the Central Train Station, but still quite silent. Close to the old town and to good restaurants. Many options at breakfast.

Hotel is located across from central station. Easy access to public transportation. Very convenience and walkable. Property overall is a bit old with no mini bar. However, it offers excellent daily breakfast that is included with the room rate. This is a huge bonus.

Hotellet bar præg af slidtage så som utætte vandhaner, stoppet kloak, virkelig slidte madrasser, lampeskærme var revet op. Kaffemaskine virkede ikke, meget lang svar tid når man ringede til receptionen ( 11 minutter )
