Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean. Plenty of hot water and pressure. Hot tub was an added bonus. Overall very enjoyable. I will stay again.

This HIE is, by far, one of the best I've stayed in. I have stayed at this particular property over 100 times in the past 3 years and the consistency is second to none. The staff are always friendly, and the rooms are always clean. Not to mention that I love this area of New York. Staying in hotels for work is not always ideal, but the folks here at the Malone HIE make it as great as it can possible be.

Whitney, Debbie, Katy, Natasha and night time desk clerk on check in are amazing staff! I am so grateful for their assistance and kindness during my stay at the hotel. Traveling with a special needs child can be stressful and you all made my stay and his so much easier.
