Nayino resort, it seems excessive to me, I would call it a family hotel or rather a condominium with a small shared courtyard and swimming pool. Large rooms suitable for families but without spaces to store clothing or other items. New structure, very clean but with totally inexperienced and poorly organized staff. The restaurant is a tragedy between order and meal if you're lucky and they remember to bring the ordered dish, an hour passes. The maids have their own vision of what it means to tidy up and clean a room, if you run out of toilet paper you are quicker to go and get it in the common bathrooms than to ask for it. Finally at 9.30pm everything closes if you want to drink go out and go to the beach. Suitable only if you have small children, there are so many of them that you feel comfortable. If you don't have children, make another choice.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Good food, nice pool, nice entrainment. Staff is extremely nice and helpful and hotel manager is obviously very involved and attentive. All in all, a very good experience. We will definetly come back again.

Hotel Nayino is a great hotel for families, especially with small children. We had a room in the bungalow. The room was very clean, overlooking the courtyard, very quiet and well located. The hotel staff is very young and very kind, they did their best to make our stay very pleasant. The resort has a playground, swimming pools, enough facilities for all family members. The food was very good, with menu options for children. For some nights, they also have live music and it was such a good vibe. The hotel is a 3-4 minute walk to the beach. The only downside is that it is built a lot in the area. We will definitely return to Nayino!!
