the place is a dump.. well located near the sea but there is nothing to make you come back, it is still being built in that area and it is full of dust. the restaurant is as small as a coop with dirty tables.. to be avoided because for that money there are other better offers

This hotel totally exceeded my expectations. Room was very clean and the balcony view of the Black Sea was superb. Bianca the hotel manager was always around and ready to meet all my needs. The team of the ladies doing the cleaning were very good, and the team manning the restaurant were extremely friendly and professional. I Will Return, EXCELSIOR!
