Appearance lobby wood structure design is good, the room is very small, the bathroom opens the switch exhaust fan at the same time, the exhaust fan noise is great, the water cup in the room is not cleaned at all, and a thick layer of dirty things is formed. Because I took the suitcase first, a bag of fruit nuts was not taken in at the door in time, and then I opened the door and disappeared. It may have been taken away by the waiter. There was no TV in the room, no cell phone, no cell phone signal, it was a little unbelievable. Anyway, after two days of isolation, even the colleagues who came together could not be contacted, and the hotel did not tell the other party's room number. Because the location is very good, the hotel is close to the main attractions, so there are many customers. If you don't book in advance, you have to wait 2 hours. In short, I would rather live outside of Huangshi next time. It is expensive and there is no signal. Anyway, tickets can be entered in 7 days.

No TV, no AC and internet didn’t really work well. No ceiling fans in room. Provided us a portable fan that rattled. Restaurant only had 5 things on menu and one was available. Soup is same all season along with menu. We booked 3 nights and then two nights under a different reservation number. We cancelled and left after first 3 nights to a hotel in Jackson with much better amenities. Front desk told us no problem getting a refund for last two nights since we’d prepaid through Trip.com. Still waiting for Trip.com to confirm. Trip said up to their partner and wanted name of front desk person who said we could cancel and get refund for final 2 nights. We provide the info to Trip.com. So far just same message from Trip.com telling us that they haven’t heard back from their partner as to whether they can do a refund for us even with a cancellation fee. I’d not recommend this place or going through Trip.com to book in Yellowstone. Hotels there are run by government through 3rd party Xterra or something like that and they apparently don’t want to cooperate with us.
