The dish washer leaked. It took hours for the plumber to show up. To make things worse, the sink in the bathroom could not drain. Have to move to another unit late at the night -- a nightmare for us to pack up everything after a long day of travel.

Some of the staff at reception mostly unhelpful they didn’t go out of there way to assure with various reasonable requests we had.

Location is good

The resort was around a 10 minute drive to the nearest supermarket, and a 5 minute drive to the nearest restaurant. The room was outdated and could be renovated given its price. Staff are friendly.

The service staff at the front desk were great. They patiently introduced us to the nearby environment and helped us find locations and routes one by one on the map. There is a ski lift next to the hotel.

Excellent experience, so much so that I extended my reservation. Great stay, very comfortable. High point: warm and friendly staff and hot tub. Low point: Wi-Fi left something to be desired

The room is rather old-fashioned. It’s all-in-one and not expensive.
