JA Manafaru, Maldives

The first time my family came to the Maldives, we had the honor to know JA MANAFARU. We felt very lucky because it has the most beautiful sea view, the warmest and most thoughtful service, the most pristine environment and the most delicious food. First of all, from the time we arrived on the island to the time we left, we could feel the happiness of being at home. The staff on the island were very professional and attentive in their service. They also paid great attention to details (the manager took all the staff to meet and see us off at the pier). Here, we would like to thank the housekeeper LINDA for her meticulous care and the waiter NIZAM for her enthusiastic service, which made me and my family deeply feel the existence of love. Secondly, the sea view here is first-class and there is no pollution. This is also due to the people's protection of the environment here. All facilities and supplies are original and organic products, and the beach is also managed by special environmental protection personnel. The island is lush with vegetation, and basically more than 80% of the place is covered with greenery, so people can't feel the heat of the equator. There are also many snorkeling and marine sports projects, and the experience is very good. There are also a variety of interactive activities every day, including children's playground, which are very good experiences. Furthermore, the 6 restaurants on the island provide very rich and delicious food, which is clean and hygienic, and the vegetables are all organic, mostly from the island's self-sufficient cultivation. By the way, the island restaurant provides free ice cream to children every day, which is very considerate. Finally, thank you again to the hotel manager and housekeeper LINDA for the careful arrangement of various stay experiences. We are looking forward to meeting all of you at JA MANAFARU next time!

We were unpleasantly surprised to learn 24 hours before our arrival at the hotel that the transfer from Male international airport to reach Manafaru was not included in the price. We had to pay $1500 for 2 adults and a child to reach the hotel. No flowers on our arrival for Valentine's Day despite my request when booking. No service to keep our 4 year old child and do activities. It is really disappointing for a 5 star hotel even if the place is magnificent.

我們在JA Manafaru your渡過了美好到難以想像的四天，這裡的海無比清澈、沙灘潔淨細白，房間的佈置不論是沙灘屋或水屋都精緻、大氣且舒適，整個島的氛圍非常的放鬆舒服。 而我們的管家Linda是促成美好體驗的重要功臣，她滿懷熱忱和活力，同時服務又非常貼心且細緻，對於我們在住房或島內行動上的需要都能夠注意到並且及時、快速的提供我們協助，也非常熱情的為我們安排島上行程、餐廳，更額外帶我們去夜觀護士鯊，也推薦我們島上的優良潛點。總之，因為有了Linda的服務與協助，我們在JA Manafaru的體驗才會如此舒適且完美。 當然JA Manafaru的其他島上員工也讓我們感到親切且放鬆，許多時候在路上或是餐廳用餐時，都能享受到員工們的禮貌問候與無比周到的服務，島上環境以及住房環境也是多虧他們努力的整潔與整理才能讓我們能體驗到舒服的島上叢林小徑、無與倫比的沙灘以及隨處可chill的躺椅、吊床。 希望能夠盡快回到馬爾地夫以及JA Manafaru享受又一次頂級的度假體驗！

在島上水上屋渡過了超舒服relax 的5天4夜。盡管有兩天天氣不太好，有一天下雨，也無損心情，這真是度假島的威力🤩。 管家Linda貼心和貼身地照顧，我們的要求Linda都會盡量滿足到。真5星的管家⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️。 我們去慶祝周年慶，Linda安排了很多東西！謝謝🙏🏼 是有點歷史的度假島，但房間超美，而房內設施看起來也沒有殘舊的感覺。特別想說床超舒服。整個島植被很充足，沙灘很漂亮，就是珊瑚白化有點嚴重。(大家去馬爾地夫可以的話盡量不要塗防曬，如果要也要塗海洋有善的防曬。) 餐廳大部份都很好吃，唯一有點不滿意就是Ocean Grill 24/11 served 我們的女侍應騙我們沒有比較小的龍蝦，龍蝦很好吃，但是太大隻我們吃不完，很浪費。然後我們去到龍蝦池看明明有一些比較合理的size的龍蝦。被騙的感覺很差。☹️ 整體感覺超好，無論是島上的職員還是遊客，全部人都很熱情有禮。95分💛
