Sun Park Boutique & Spa (Centrally Heated)

We had an amazing four days at sun park. The rooms were very clean. The bathroom is divided into shower and toilet so it’s a dry bathroom. The toilets are clean. The service is very good. G M Deepak Thakur was very helpful throughout. The views all around were mind blowing. We were not able to use the spa and the pool since the pool was under construction and the spa was closed. Had an excellent stay. Staff is cooperative right from the reception to restaurant staff to housekeeping. Very friendly service from mr. Rk negi. Very good with children. Overall i would recommend staying here.

They should not claim to have a swimming pool as only a small part of the terrace has a water tank roughly 20 feet by 12 feet 2. 5 feet depth. No filter no cleaning and not covered or heated as claimed. I came with my family only for the pool and was very disappointed. It’s a nice clean hotel with good staff but definitely is not a spa resort with a pool. Dirty stale water in a tank is not a pool

Expect professionalism from the desk staff and the restaurant staff as everyone cares about their job and level of service they provide. That said, there were three stand out employees that always went above and beyond to provide 5 star service; Elen and sun park at the front desk and the restaurant.
