Hot water facilities not available properly and rooms were very small. Hotel staff was very rude and in early morning no water and tea provided by hotel

the hotel new harmony in best and budget friendly hotel in manali ,,,also a staff member behaviour is good I recommend couple and families stay in this hotel.hotel located in very peaceful and calm area,and best option instay in near Mall road manali..thanks

Interior property quality is old poor like chair n all. No complimentary water provided by hotels. All have to buy.

Staff was not at all co operative and electricity back up was not provided. It was all black out for 30 min approx thrice in single night.
