Had a wonderful stay at Sterling Manali with my family. Exceptional service by Mehar ,Vikas and priyanshu. Dosas and omelettes by Chef Paresh were delicious. Comfortable rooms made for a great experience. Highly recommended! You would surely loved staying at this hotel...

Suddenly on short notice I planned my trip to Manali and while doing my bookings I got in touch with Mr. Vijay who is manager over there, he has done everything so smoothly that I was already very excited, he ensured me that he will take care of everything personally (I was in doubt but still trusted). When we reached there everything was so well organised that I was amazed - smiling faces, superb cleanliness, easy check in and perfectly settled room. Mr. Vijay was personally taking care of everything which was unbelievable. We stayed there for 4 days and his hospitality is 10/10. We highly recommend sterling to make your Manali trip memorable. Thanks Vijay and Sterling 😊

Overall our experience was very good , the staff members were proactive and helpful, special mention to Mr Padumn here . Overall the property was well maintained and the rooms are good. American chopsuoy and honey chilly potato are must try in the restaurant, on the negative side biriyani could have been better. Overall will rate it 10/10

Had a wonderful time in kullu kitchen @ sterling manali, the staff were very cheerful and pleasing the food was very tasty the head chef rajendra kumar / mr balbir (manager) was always ready to assist with any modification or add on. The buffet spread was excellent with sufficient variety of dishes. Overall an excellent stay at sterling manali special mention to pradumn/vikas/ ravi / vikram. They have really gone out of way to make the experience even sweeter. I will definitely recommended this place and will visit again soon.

Very friendly staff Pradumn Jija rajendra Vikram.. everyone really tries to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Food was very nice Room were ok Staff is what we will remember for such hospitality. .................................

Had been to Sterling Manali in Oct 2024. It is a well maintained resort with a premier room giving us 2 comfortable double beds. Room was spacious and provide a good view of the mountains. Resort has space for kids to play. They have board games which are free and few paid games as well Food and hospitality was the best. They would serve most of the food to the table. Head chef Rajinder Kumar and the other staff Pradyumn, Vikas and Meher ji made us feel very comfortable. Can't thank them enough for taking care of our food and experience. Travel desk Chander ji was very helpful in arrangements related to local travel with her comfortable and spacious car. Overall we had a wonderful experience staying in the resort for 4 days Would recommend anyone looking for staying in Manali at this resort
