We called to ask for an early check in, but the hotel was not able to provide. Then we assured them that we will be on time at 3:00 pm and asked then to ensure the villa to be available at that time, for which the hotel confirmed that it will be. After arriving at the hotel at 3:20 pm, we were surprised that the villa was not ready and they are still cleaning the room. After multiple attempts to speed things up, they switched our villa with another one which their guests were already checked in. After arriving at the villa, we saw luggage of the other guests that checked in inside the room, Attached you will see the picture.

 It’s one of the wonderful places that I have ever seen

We stayed one night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Service overall was exceptional. The villa is amazing but could use some updates( we learned that half of the villas are undergoing renovations and will re-open with a more modern and luxurious feel) We had Arabian bbq dinner for two which was absolutely delicious. Breakfast was a feast with wonderful service Definitely recommend for couples. It was definitely a getaway.

Resort is quite secluded away from any kind of nightlife, however, provides a different concept of luxury and privacy. Due to the resort undergoing extensive renovation for rebranding purposes, alot of the venues were not functional. Only one F&B outlet was available but we didn't use it.

The resort is under renovation, most of the resort is closed, however it should open the new renovated section by the beginning of 2023 according to the resort staff

We had an excellent experience at Raffles Hotel in Bahrain. We came here for our anniversary and it was just absolutely amazing. The service which we received from all the staff especially Suleman was exceptional. Thank you so much for making it memorable!! Highly recommended!!

Unfortunately, my stay was discontinued overall because I was expecting a high end service with such ultra luxury’s hotel and resort. I have experienced delay during my check in due to printer was not functioning and they just keep me waiting until I asked them to get me in. During my stay I was facing the horrible experience with the butler’s service because the telecommunications system was not functioning as well. Moreover, I was with my family and my little child told me about the electrical box of the villa was open. This is was the most serious problem, since it was considered a major hazard to my family safety. Consequently, my family privacy was interrupted many times which made our stay very disappointed and uncomfortable. Finally, even during check out they have add some of the stuff that I have not ordered within my last bill but It was solved by the guest experience manager. It is important to mention that the only two things that were nice and reliving our pain are the villa it self and the guest experience manger Mr. Aditya. As I diamond member I am considering my self as partner and I hope that my feedback will help you to investigate the case and get improved with the hotel services to meet the ultra luxury hotel’s standards and your guests expectations.
