The hotel was easy to find, with transit dropping you off less than 100 m from the entrance. It provided amazing views from the balconies and surrounding areas. The owner is a very nice woman who was extremely helpful with orienting us in Cinque Terre and the hotel. Breakfast was made to order due to covid, and was prompt and delicious each time. The room was spacious, modern, and comfortable. The bed was inviting, the bathroom was bright, stocked, and roomy, and there was lots or storage and TV channels for those looking. We were told the heat wasn't working, but given it was May, this was no issue.

Alla Marina, Riomaggiore. What can I say. This place was a dream. The city was a dream. The owners were incredible. They met us at the train. They gave excellent referrals for restaurants and the sunset boat cruise we did, which was probably the coolest thing we did anywhere and that’s saying A LOT. The owners family started building the villa in 1252. And they explained the history of the stairs behind all the villas were built so people could flee from the Saracen’s. So, yeah, wow!!! The room was lovely and right on the marina. The sounds out the window were amazing and just immersive in the culture. So cool. The view out both rooms was fantastic. The Villa was perfectly located with quick access to town a the marina. Your thoughts about stairs there were right on. Everywhere you go there are hills and stairs. There are no vehicle transport options really, but the train is right in town and it’s very quick trip to La Spezia and Manarola. WE LOVED OUR TIME THERE, but people should know about the stairs and walking involved staying there. It was great for us - good weight loss plan to counteract the pasta😂

Excellent location, just at the train station. We booked through booking.com and got an excellent deal. We were 3 adults and there are plenty of rooms to accommodate families and a small group of friends. Please note that there is city tax to be paid on site. Also just wanted to say a huge huge thank you to the staff. Amazingly helpful. Helped us to check in after hours and then when staying again, helped to order pizza 😊. And you can store your luggage. Breakfast is included. You will get a voucher which can be redeemed in 2 places. It's for a cup of coffee and a fresh pastry. Typical light Italian breakfast. Delicious. Just a note, to make sure you go to the correct one, ask before. As there are 2. One has RED flower pots in front and the other has WHITE. The staff is very helpful, and can chat to via WhatsApp. Thanks again!!!

Excellent Hotel! Amazing for the price. Location is perfect! 5 minute walk to the station, easy access to Cinque Terre. Room was spacious and clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast was the best free breakfast we had had on the trip! The staff were incredibly helpful, our car battery was dead and they luckily had jump cables and helped us get going again. Highly highly recommend this hotel!

Fantastic, where the guest is at the forefront, attention, SERVICE with main letters widely well cared fresh breakfast All pretty clean staff are top. Pool beautiful in a small garden . All beautiful dressed with art . The hotel is not so beautiful from outside as it is from inside. A absolute adviser Name these critical travelers. Take a room with balcony, otherwise you have only a stick. That was a little overcome. We had our dog with us, and therefore we didn't have the hong in the beautiful restaurants during lunch or dinner, and this was not mentioned in the bookings, so we cannot evaluate the food. Massa itself is not much on, visit Luca Pistoia Seinna really worth the effort.

The hotel rooms are very very beautiful, the sea view is very beautiful, especially the restaurant, and the view of the swimming pool are first-class, I will choose here again.

Scoperto casualmente, ormai è diventato il ”nostro” hotel quando decidiamo di pernottare a Lavagna. Oltre ad essere a poca distanza dal porto (e quindi dal Diving che è raggiungibile a piedi anche con tutta l'attrezzatura), questo hotel ha un parcheggio a disposizione degli ospiti (cosa non da poco in queste zone!), stanze pulite, confortevoli, con aria condizionata e un bagno con una doccia spaziosa; offre inoltre l'ingresso ad un'ampia spiaggia raggiungibile con una passeggiata in pochi minuti. Ma questa cose sono scritte anche sul sito... Quello che non trovate scritto è quanto siano accoglienti i proprietari e tutto lo staff: gentilezza, cortesia, disponibilità e professionalità! La solare Carola è l'efficienza in persona e ha fatto di tutto per venire incontro alle nostre richieste. E' un piacere poi rimanere ad ascoltare la signora Vilma, sempre presente e sempre attenta alle esigenze dei clienti, quando, quasi come una moderna cantastorie, racconta aneddoti legati all'hotel o alle zone limitrofe. Grazie di cuore a tutti per rendere ogni nostro breve soggiorno indimenticabile! Rosario e Valeria
